    I spent some time today looking over the responses to the cartoon mentioned in the first comment above, and I COULDN’T BELIEVE the hatred that is being leveled at this cartoonist.

    What scares/saddens me even more is how much of it I read that came from other cartoonists. Just goes to show how much of the cartoonist in this country are liberal.

    The first thing I noticed is that there is NO DOUBT that this cartoon is a racist cartoon. There is NO DOUBT that in this cartoon, the monkey was referring to Obama.

    Just ridiculous. I guess we haven’t “moved beyond race” yet (and never will).

    I know I get angry sometimes, but jokes are jokes and cartoons are cartoons; we need to laugh at things like that monkey cartoon. That was actually very funny.
