NumbersUSA issued Action Alert today (Call or Fax ObamaBinBiden and/or Congresscritters and Senators):

Reliable sources have told NumbersUSA that President Obama and the Department of Homeland Security plan to scrap President Bush’s executive order requiring all government contractors and subcontractors to use the E-Verify program to verify the eligibility of employees and replace it with a new executive order that is ridden with loopholes which will allow stimulus jobs to go to illegal aliens. The main problem with the new executive order is:

Government contractors and subcontractors will no longer be obliged to verify all employees working on the government contract. Instead, they will only have to verify those employees who are hired specifically for the contract and are hired after the company receives the government contract. This change will allow illegal aliens to easily acquire government-funded jobs.

At the same time, the Obama Administration plans on rescinding the SSA “No-Match” rule, which allowed the Social Security Administration to send letters to employers when an employee is suspected of using a false and stolen Social Security number. The rescinding of this rule means that the SSA will only send letters to employers who have 10 or more employees suspected of using false or stolen Social Security numbers and those letters do not require the employer to investigate the employee or terminate his or her contract. In other words, there will be no punishment for illegal aliens who are caught using false or stolen Social Security numbers (they will not even lose their jobs).

Please send President Obama a fax and blast him for replacing President Bush’s pro-American worker executive order with this anti-American worker one and for rescinding the SSA’s “No-Match” rule.
