    We agree that using the phrase ‘tea bagger’ amounts to a vulgarity, perhaps a profanity. We complain when Sen. Schumer uses it on us. So why it it so right to have here? Why isn’t this flagged as profanity?

        venom spewed out of Olbermann’s mouth over the past several days directed toward a Senator-elect and our side. It is fitting that Olbe be shown with his own words, he said them, not us. IMO, nothing uncivil about that picture, just honest.

        The language demeans the ‘conservative’ cause, degrades RedState (wanna be like Koz?) and degrades the individuals encouraged to use more of it (well, if those swell fellows on RS use it, then why shouldn’t I use it wherever?).

        I understand Rocketeer’s argument of “let’s not stoop to their level”. I used to think the same way. I got over it. The”Keiths” of this world have pulled us into the gutter with them & we will fight them there & will later use their heads as a stepladder to get out.

          These people have made getting under other people’s skin an art. They have been sharpening those fangs for a long time.

          They called us racist and we got upset…
          They called us fascists and we got upset…
          The called us everything in the book and we got upset…

          Then, all of a sudden, we stopped getting upset, because we rediscovered our principles. Once that happened, we found it did not matter what THEY called us.

          And they lost their fangs.

          Now, they found a new word to bother us with, and we got upset. We try and stay civil, but all that does is give them more power.

          As soon as we de-fang ‘tea bagger’ like we did ‘racist’, then we will have won another battle against them.

          I agree that we stay civil by not starting any crap with them, but our best weapon against the Olbermann’s of the world is to simply laugh at them and let them know that dirty names mean nothing to those that are fighting for principles and freedom.

          Only actions matter – and last night proved that more than any middle-school profanity they can throw at us!

          The more you try to ignore them the harder and faster the insults come. The only smackdown they understand is the kind they try to sling at you. Just be better at it than they are.

      His pro-voter fraud statements are too much, even for MSDNC, especially after a Brown win, and Schultz’s ratings are terrible anyway.

    Olbermann may very well have a nervous breakdown when the Republicans will the House in 2010 and would probably have an on air suicide if Palin wins the Presidency in 2012. Let’s make this happen. Softball seemed drunk and Maddow took some mood stabilizers.
