BREAKING: NPR’s Vivian Schiller Falls On Her Own Sword
Yeah, she resigned like others “resign”, by falling on their own sword:
Vivian Schiller, the President and CEO of National Public Broadcasting, announced her resignation on Wednesday after an undercover camera caught then-NPR Vice President Ron Schiller (no relation) calling the tea party ‘racist’ and disclosing that the organization could survive without government funds. According to NPR media correspondent David Folkenflik, the organization’s board “ousted” Vivian Schiller from her position.
Still no word yet on Ron Schiller’s “resignation” yet, but don’t hold your breath.
You know, I’ve said this once and I’ll say this a million times more: I like Juan Williams. Not because I agree with him, because he’s not a coward. He stands up for himself and his beliefs. When he’s not on Fox News Sunday or Special Report With Bret Baier, I am highly disappointed. I want someone to challenges my point-of-view in a respectful way.
That said; karma, it is what’s for lunch. Juan Williams, enjoy.
