Occasionally I post here about the need for conservatives to get involved in the real ball game of politics — party politics at the local level.
Because not enough conservatives have become involved in Republican Party politics at the local level — the real ball game of politics — we’ve ended up with Republican United States House of Representatives members akin to these Iraqi “soldiers” whom our troops “elected” to train to take responsibility for their country’s security:
We need more conservative Republicans (if you’re a conservative Republican, that means YOU) to give these kind of motivational speeches to our “troops” in the Congress (Warning! Bad Language! Do not click on the video if four letter words offend you!). And that doesn’t mean “Open Letter To Congressman X” at Redstate — that means actually calling or faxing your Republican elected public servants and, if you don’t have any, then calling or faxing the Republican “leaders” in your state house and U.S. Congress:
Well, Redstate conservatives, what are you going to actually communicate to your elected Republican public servants?
And what are you going to actually do to help Get Out The Vote for conservative candidates in the 2012 primary and general elections. If you’re not clear on that, please see the links below for possible ideas.
Will YOU help make 2011 “The Year of the Precinct Committeeman?”
