Sarah Palin sat down for a half-hour interview with the Anchorage Daily News and TV station KTUU at her home in Wasilla Sunday afternoon. The governor reflected on the presidential race, blaming the status quo for failure of the McCain-Palin ticket. She also adressed some of the many misrepresentations of her and her family in the national media, Troopergate (it's over), earmarks, a possible presidential run in 2012 and several other issues.
Gov. Palin was also interviewed by Greta Van Susteren over the weekend. It will air tonight at 10 p.m. EST on Fox.
Update 1: Palin has granted the request of NBC's Matt Lauer for an interview in Alaska. Segments of their conversation will air on the Today Show on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week.
Update 2: Gov. Palin has decided to do yet another major interview this week. She will sit down with CNN's Wolf Blitzer for a Q and A session this Wednesday while she is in Miami for the Republican Governors Association conference. Excerpts will air the same day on The Situation Room.
