Very quick reaction (more later, and after the fold): if you are the sort that thinks that McCain is quietly looking for an opportunity to dump Sarah Palin, do yourself a favor and stop deluding yourself - or else do me a favor, and keep telling yourself that. I picked six or so people at random to ask about this choice, and they all did everything except jump and down in joy at the pick. Governor Palin is well-established with this group, and they are angry at the way she's being treated. Not wise of the Left to do that. Also: demonstrators tried to disrupt the proceedings twice. Sounds like somebody's scared.
