    The Jewish Question

Winston Churchill called Jews, “..the most formidable and the most remarkable race which has ever appeared in the world.” We are remarkable all right. When you have a smart Jew he predominates with his intellectual prowess over the rest of the human race, but when you have a dumb Jew, he is an insult to human intelligence. As a Jew, I was perplexed which of | Read More »

Crimea, Ukraine and the Agony of Impotence Part II

Crimea turned its clocks to Moscow time literally and figuratively. And in case you didn’t notice, if you plan to spend your vacation on Crimean beaches you must now get your visa from the Russian Embassy. As I ruefully predicted in my first post, “Crimea, Ukraine and the Agony of Impotence,” Crimea has joined Russia, and regardless of Western sanctions and condemnations there is no | Read More »

Crimea, Ukraine and the Agony of Impotence

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton recently compared actions by Russian President Vladimir Putin in Ukraine to those of Adolf Hitler in 1938 in Czechoslovakia. Although this is hyperbole bordering on veritable absurdity, there are similarities that may explain the roots of the current conflict. In both instances the seeds of despair were planted about twenty years earlier by reckless politicians who drew maps of new countries with flagrant disregard to people’s culture, religion and language. In Germany they were driven by revenge and in the Crimea by expediency.

    The Church of Global Warming

George Bernard Shaw famously said, “The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.” There couldn’t be a better description of our president, who proclaimed in Berlin in July 2008: “This is the moment when we must come together to save this planet. Let us resolve that we will not leave our children a | Read More »

    Inequality: Locomotive of Progress

Throughout the history of civilization people have been dreaming about a perfect world: full employment, fair distribution of wealth, full satisfaction of material and intellectual needs, and equality—only to discover, to their disappointment, that this utopian system does not exist on this side of the grave. Given President Obama’s political persuasion, his obsession with inequality should surprise no one. In numerous speeches he has | Read More »

    Iran: Complete and Unmitigated Surrender

Karl Marx said, “History repeats itself, first as tragedy, second as farce.” A short travel through history reveals that it keeps repeating itself as tragedy after tragedy because we stubbornly refuse to learn from it. British Prime Minister Benjamin Disraeli returned from Berlin in 1878 stating, “I have returned from Germany with peace for our time.” That peace ended with World War I. British statesman | Read More »

    Irreconcilable Ideological Demarcation

By: Alexander G. Markovsky The last five years of the Obama administration have been like living on a volcano. The country has gone from one crisis to another. The skyrocketing deficit, welfare reform, immigration policy, Social Security, and environmental regulations were just a few of the issues on which the Democrats and Republicans were far apart. Americans have been suffering a catastrophic loss of trust | Read More »

Obamacare: The Obvious over the Important

This article is the first in a series of excerpts from my new book, Cry from the Heart, due in January 2014. If anyone is still looking for proof of the perils of socialism, they need look no further than the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare. Just as with any other socialist creation, Obamacare is based on tyranny: government forcing the consumer | Read More »

    Anatomy of a Bolshevik

To my readers. “Anatomy of a Bolshevik” has been published on Amazon and Barns and Nobel. This book is a game changer. Written by a Soviet émigré and scholar of Marxism/ Leninism the book factually and intellectually deconstructs President Obama and answers the most troubling question “Why?” Why the President is leading an assault on American values, the economy and our way of life and | Read More »
