Mahmoud Ahmadinejad says 9-11 was an inside job, and Alex Jones says…nothing?
You’re Alex Jones. You’ve been saying to anyone who’ll listen that 9-11 was an inside job. Today, a world leader (Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad) said that same line before the United Nations. Alex Jones? Alex? Are you there? Maybe you’re too happy to speak?
From the Washington Times:
Iranian president suggests U.S. ‘orchestrated’ the 9/11 attacks
Words trigger walkout during speech at U.N.

UNITED NATIONS | American and European diplomats walked out of the room in protest Thursday as Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad suggested before the U.N. General Assembly that the U.S. government may have orchestrated the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks in an effort to somehow bolster Israel.
The incendiary remarks upstaged President Obama, who hours earlier touted the latest round of sanctions against the rogue nation, yet said the “door remains open to diplomacy” if Iran decides to meet its international obligations by allowing U.N. inspectors access to its nuclear facilities.
Mr. Ahmadinejad discussed the 9/11 conspiracy theory in a characteristic rambling tirade that hit the U.S. for its “occupation” of Iraq and Afghanistan, and predicted an end to the current world order.
He said one possible explanation for the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon is “that some segments within the U.S. government orchestrated the attack to reverse the declining American economy, and its grips on the Middle East, in order to save the Zionist regime.”
Alex? Surely someone told you about this and you have something to say? Anything? Anything at all?

If I’m forming an opinion and I believe in something, another believer doesn’t necessarily bother me. If Fidel Castro comes out tomorrow and says that he follows the New York Yankees and the Miami Dolphins, that doesn’t mean anything. Maybe a mass murder likes to wear a Yankees cap. Just because men do bad things doesn’t mean I’ll line up for a sex change.
I would be disturbed, however, if there are a lot of crazy people using the same reasoning and sharing the same beliefs.

Alex Jones: ‘UN a Nazi movement’
September 23, 2010
The United Nations General Assembly has kicked off and many are wondering, do we really need the UN or other international organizations? A growing number of Americans are increasingly frustrated with international groups like the UN, IMF and World Bank. Many people are calling for the dismantling of all three organizations, including Alex Jones. He says that the United Nations is purely an evil, corrupt and wicked organization.
The US should have left the UN long ago. (See my website for the phrase: “US out of UN, UN out of US.”) I’ve condemned the UN for a very long time. Heck, I lived in near the place in New York City and couldn’t stand the traffic problems and constant car horns.
Alex Jones makes good points about the threats of big government and world government against our freedoms. But…
Alex, it’s time to drop the “9-11 was an inside job.” I’ve listened to all your evidence and it doesn’t convince me. Does Mahmoud Ahmadinejad repeating your line give you pause?
