MADDOW MUST BE FIRED: Rachel Maddow (a big part of Friday’s Weinergate scandal) decides not to talk about it at all?

That Rachel Maddow! Looking for truth under every rock! You can’t let a Congresssional sex scandal skip through the ace political reporter at MSNBC!

Over at MSNBC’s The Maddow Blog, the most recent tweet (from Friday) is this:

maddow: RT @RepWeiner: Tonight Me and Rachel on MSNBC. #ThePerfectFridayDateUhKindaSorta

So, after the Memorial Day weekend, surely Anthony Weiner is coming back on the show? Or, surely, Rachel Maddow is going to talk about Anthony Weiner?

A check of the blog post “Morning Maddow: May 31″–a roundup of relevant political news items–shows not a single link to any Anthony Weiner news at all.

The next blog post is: “Palin: ‘I love that smell of the emissions!’” Making fun of Sarah Palin (R).

The next blog post is: “Found: People who find T-Paw exciting.” Making fun of Tim Pawlenty (R).

The next blog post is: “Chart: The myth of shared sacrifice.” Making fun of Republican positions.

The next blog post is: “With a stroke of his pen, the governor cost the state of Kansas $1.2 million.” Making fun of Sam Brownback (R).

The next blog post is: “Herman Cain, on and off the rails.” Making fun of Herman Cain (R).

The next blog post is: “School for scandal.” Still no mention of Anthony Weiner. Money line: “Steve Benen floats the idea that President Obama has made it this far into this first term without a Plame Affair or an Interngate because he’s living right.”

The next blog post is: “Rick Santorum hits the keywords.” Making fun of Rick Santorum (R).

Then there’s this blog post:

Ahead on the 5/31 Maddow show
By Julia Nutter – Tue May 31, 2011 5:53 PM EDT.Tonight’s guests include:

Rep. Peter Welch, (D) Vermont
David Brock, founder of Media Matters
Melissa Harris-Perry, professor of political science at Tulane University and MSNBC contributor
Executive producer Bill Wolff shares a preview of tonight’s show:

Nothing about Anthony Weiner. Nothing at all.

Ask yourself if Rachel Maddow would do this for a Republican.

SUMMARY
Comcast, are for watching? I have said before that Ed Schultz must be fired for his ridiculous bias–and that was before the “Republican slut” comment.

Rachel Maddow must be fired.

Comcast, I’ll shout it for you.

RACHEL MADDOW MUST BE FIRED.

No political news show, even on MSNBC, should ever be this biased.

Yes, I haven’t watched tooday’s The Rachel Maddow Show, and there’s always the possibility that she might mention the Anthony Weiner scandal in passing. That’s not good enough.

RACHEL MADDOW MUST BE FIRED.
