Repeal and Replace comes down to this: Senate Dems up in 2012

Whatever passes the House to repeal and replace ObamaCare, and/or defund it, will face Senate Democratic no votes or filibuster in the Senate, such is the conventional wisdom.

However, the 23 Democratic Senators up in 2012 may now find that they want to distance themselves from radioactive-Nancy, or I-did-a-bad-job-of-selling-socialism-Obama, or t Passage out of Congress to force The One to either sign or veto, will depend on what happens in the Senate.

But instead of Obama making the Dems walk the plank on tough votes, it may be the U.S. House or Senator DeMint.heir votes for ObamaCare, which after the mid-terms, may be quite alarming to them.

This quote is from Democratic political strategist Joe Trippi, quoted in The Daily Beast:

“They won’t say this out loud, but these guys all think they were cannon fodder for Pelosi and Obama,” Trippi says. “If he’s still on this mission of ‘we’re gonna do the right thing and curse the polls,’ they’re not going to be willing to walk the plank anymore—not after they just saw 60 or 65 of their best buds go out the window. It’s really a mess.”

The entire repeal, replace and defund ObamaCare fight, will be fought in the Senate, among the Dems up in 2012. Passage out of Congress to force The One to either sign or veto, will depend on what happens in the Senate.
