I'm sure all of you know about the hoopla over Prop 8 in California. As a Californian, I dutifully supported it. Now that Prop 8 has passed, though, its opponents still won't rest. They're protesting all over the country, and their lawyers have taken it to the courts, trying to find some activist judge who'll go along with their agenda.
Without a doubt, the California Supreme Court is bound to get involved eventually, and who knows where they'll go with this thing. It would probably help them if they knew that the voters, not the justices, have the final authority in California.I started an online petition to convince the California Supreme Court to uphold both traditional marriage and the will of the voters in California. I would appreciate if you could sign it, and send it to anyone you might think would sign it as well. Remember, if we don't do something about this now, it will never get done.
