Unborn Human Beings as Legal Persons

Liberals often complain about the legal precedent set in Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific Railroad (1886) that corporations are considered people under the law. This is a sign from their Occupy Wall Street demonstrations:

My response to them is that when they agree that unborn human beings should be considered persons under the law, I'll agree corporations should not be. And hey, by their rationale it'll be easy for them to accept since they execute unborn human beings everyday.
