Celebrate tolerance with some Waffle Fries

The restaurant chain, Chic-fil-a is in for a real hurting.  Yes, all of the people that never ate there in the first place are now boycotting the restaurants because a board member expressed his belief that marriage is between one man and one woman.

*GASP*

He went onto say that homosexuals would be denied service if they were to come in for a chicken sandwich.

I’m kidding.

There was nothing but an affirmation of marriage as it has always been.

The fact that Chic-fil-a believes in traditional marriage was enough to warrant a boycott, apparently.  This is why we have to be careful when evaluating the “tolerance” of secular humanists among us.  They first claim that all they want is the “right” to do something.  Next, they want “tolerance” followed by “acceptance.”  Finally, you will be labeled a “bigot” if you don’t fall in line with their agenda.

Three weeks ago, Kraft foods came out in favor of homosexual relationships.  They even released a campaign ad of a rainbow colored Oreo cookie to show the solidarity between their cookies and alternative lifestyles.

But I didn’t think to boycott them.  I thought, “Hmm.  That’s interesting.  A food company that should stay agnostic on this issue is affirmatively campaigning for gay rights.”

Chic-fil-a didn’t release an ad with a male and female cow holding hands in holy matrimony.  A representative and its founder expressed their opinions.  Remember when that was allowed?  I didn’t need an excuse to go to Chic-fil-a this week, but in light of this development, I will make sure to go, not only to support its Christian viewpoint of traditional marriage, but in support of true tolerance, even when tolerance’s messengers fall down on the job.  You should too.
