Aaron, I have to tell you that this isn't a wonderful example of the Chinese being blockheaded: it's an example of them being desparate, and at the mercy of a government that not only doesn't value their lives but is willing to import cast off American junk for a few pennies.
It's not funny that so many computer products previously used by American consumers wind up back in China to be picked apart for fractions of a penny by people who are so poor they might as well be dead.
And it's one of the things that frankly I hope comes to an end.
I don't understand what the point of this post is, I guess. Is it to cast aspersions on the Chinese, or America? At the very least it does both equally well.
