It seems to me that if anyone posts a diary promoting some Republican presidential hopeful then it quickly becomes a slug fest and an occasion of both denigrating the person being mentioned and promoting some other candidate.
I admit that I have been guilty of this myself, and I apologize. But let's just cool it ok? First of all, we don't even know who is running yet. In the second place, there is lot's of time for candidates to either (a) gain more name recognition (b) connect with the nation or (c) gain more "electability".
So next time someone wants to promote a candidate that they prefer, think twice before you either come in with both arms swinging, or else use his diary to promote someone else.
As usual, polite discussion and asking questions are always appropriate. Accusations and name calling are not.
