Justifiable termination of the idealogue occurred over the weekend when Van Jones quit his post as the Green Czar. There are only 33 czars to go. The quantity of czars is staggering. The quality of the czars is less than exciting. They are like the polar ice caps, all crowded at the south end, while the real folk are at the equator. There is a chasm between the real folks and the 33 czars left, and they all seem to have drifted away from the equator and ended up floating onto the shores of the south pole and got frozen to the ice. Their heads must have gotten water inside because their brains have frozen solid with hard ice. It is the hard ice of idealogy. It packs the brain and flushes the mind of common sense. Then the freezing process takes over and its all over. Having heard some of the ideas some of those czars have come up with makes me wonder if they will ever thaw out. Holdren’s idea of mass sterilization through the drinking water, or his idea of forced abortions, or taking away children if you have more than two. This sounds like China, and their policies, not America’s. Then there are Koe,s ideas that we, as Americans should ascent to sharia law of other nations, and abide by the laws of the United Nations or the European Union. We have a Constitution, and the laws that come out of that document. We are not subject to anyone else’s laws. Another czar wants to forbid hunting of animals, and give pets and all other animals the right to sue humans in court. What kind of brain freeze occurred in his brain. Did he eat too many snow cones when he was young? It seems that all of President Obama’s czars have some sort of frozen brain syndrome. It would behoove the Senate to investigate those 33 czars, and investigate Van Jones also. There seems to be too much power wielded by these unvetted czars, and the whole czar system seems to be unconstitutional. The Senate is obliged to investigate every appointee, czars included. It has been the strategy of the Executive branch to bring these czars into the White House as quietly as possible, avoiding the questions and vetting that would normally come, but that has to change. These czars wield too much power, and are using it to fundamentally change this Nation into a radical socialist bananna republic like Venezuela. It is up to us to speak out against this move to the far left. We the people must continually plug the email and phone lines, and write letters which speak out against these czars and their radical agenda. There is no place in this great nation for change like this. The founding fathers warned us about this, especially George Washington in his farewell speech. He said this ” All obstructions to the execution of the laws, all combinations and associations; under whatever plausible character, with the real design to direct, conteract, or awe the regular deliberation and action of the constituted authorities are destructive of this fundamental principle, and of fatal tendency, they serve to organize faction, or give it an artificial and extraordinary force; to put in the place of the delegated will of the nation, the will of a party, often a small but artful and enterprising minority of the community, and according to the alternate triumphs of different parties, to make public administration the mirror of the ill conceived and incongruous projects of faction, rather than the organ of consistant and wholesomeplans digested by common counsels and modified by mutual interests. However, combinations or associations may now answer popular ends, they are likely, in the course of time and things, to become potent engines, by which cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men will be enabled to subvert the power of the people, and to usurp for themselves the reigns of government, destroying afterwards the very engines which have lifted them to unjust dominion.Toward the preservation of your government and the permanency of your happy state, it is requisite, not only that you steadily discountenance irregular oppositions to its acknowledged authority, but also that you resist with care the spiritg of innovation upon its principles, however specious the pretexts. One method of assault may be to effect, in the forms of the Constitution, alternations which will impair the energy of the system, and thus to undermine what cannot be directly overthrown.
