I will keep this entry short and to the point. I have been a police officer for 23 years. On several occasions, I have found myself in situations where I needed assistance from my fellow officers. They have never let me down. I know that other officers will always come to my aid when I call. And I am always there for them. It's how the thin blue line works. I am glad that I do not have someone like President Obama to decide whether or not back-up is sent my way. He can't seem to make a decision. Our brave men and women in Afghanistan are calling for back-up while heroes are losing their lives there on a daily basis. Mr. President, you cannot vote present this time ; You must decide to do the right thing. Our warriors are asking you to help them to complete their mission. Please, do not let them down.
