I am a lawyer. That fact alone should lead you to distrust me. The practice of law has lead to such divisiveness in our society. Most lawyers are liberal thinkers who view the Constitution as a living breathing document that grows and changes. I view it as the written word of a great philosphical movement where one's freedom was guarenteed. That guarantee, however, is too often paid in blood from heroes who are our own fathers, brothers, husbands and sons, as well as those women who have made the sacrifice that keeps us all free. I know this doesn't shed much light on my biographical background, but who am I without those inalienable rights endowed by my Creator? I am nothing, I'm a third world refugee from a government ready to abuse me. With them I am not just another person. I am guarenteed freedom. I am able to become educated in this the greatest nation. I am one of millions who understands, no matter your background, if you believe like me that we are wardens of liberty and that each and every one of us has the right to express our own thoughts and try to persuade others, then we will continue to perpetuate the greatest experiment in the history of humankind. We will continue to be Americans.

I would like to take this opportunity to invite everyone in the death spiral states of California and New York to come to Florida. We have oranges, palm trees, tennis and golf, beautiful beaches, sunshine and a Republican | Read More »

Rick Santelli You Got to Love this Guy!

Rick Santelli for those who don’t know him is a commentator on the morning CNBC business news program Squawk on the Street.  He is the one who termed the phrase the Tea Party when talking about protesting the big government and the high tax burdens placed on American businesses. This morning he was commenting on a WSJ op ed that brought up the hypocritical speakers | Read More »

    Give Them What They Want!

I have heard and read all these comments about going off the fiscal cliff and how the Republicans should compromise.  First, the fiscal cliff is not the right terminology (of course,  it was created by the media).  There is no cliff there are two factors: revenue and spending.  The latest suggestion by our socialist president is that we should put in place the Bush tax | Read More »

Get On Board — Josh Mandel — Ohio’s Next Senator

It’s time to get on board.  Everyone knows that the 2012 election is going to decide the fate of our great nation.  Four more years of Obama and we will collapse into a heap of socialist malaise from which there is no recovery.  All eyes have been focused on our Hope for Change in this White House Occupy Movement that has hijacked our capitalist republic. | Read More »

    Stand Up!

Romney will be attacked because of Bain Capital. As Rush Limbaugh said it will become the new Haliburton. Is what Romeny did at Bain wrong? No, it is the job of a CEO who has been delegated the job of reorganizing a company to cut expenses. The first cut is always in payroll. The real problem is that in this election the media has created | Read More »

What is wrong with these RNC idiots?

Apparently, it is okay to bash fellow Republicans but not the worst President this country has ever seen.  Read this and weep. http://politicalwire.com/archives/2011/12/06/strategists_warn_republicans_on_attacking_obama.html#disqus_thread Who are these people that apparently are getting paid by the Republican party?  It only goes to show that the tea party work is not finished.  I thought that the Republican Party got the message last election to stand for conservative principals, | Read More »

    Why MF Global matters.

MF Global has gone into bankruptcy because of the criminal acts of John Corzine.  As a result the entire options industry is in turmoil and could fall apart.  This is not a too big to fail scenario, this is just another example of croney capitalism.  Croney capitalism doesn’t just take place when the govenment lends money to business at low rates that will never be | Read More »

Don’t Ask If You Don’t Know

I just find this very amusing.  Contessa Brewer wanted so bad for a gotcha moment that she went to challenge Rep. Mo Brooks from AL that she challenged his economic credetials.  Ooops!  He graduated from Duke in three years with high honors in economics. See for yourself.  (real clear politics) http://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2011/07/20/msnbc_to_gop_congressman_do_you_have_a_degree_in_economics.html
