The Water Cooler~ What the GOP primary challengers should do.
Ok sports fans, the one thing to come out of all of this Defund O care/ shutdown excercise is that we know that the EstablishementRNC is our enemy. It’s not about a difference of opinion on how to achieve a common goal. They have nothing in common with us in the Tea Party and the grass roots. With that said, it is quite clear that there are many senators and representitives that have to go no ifs, ands, or buts. The ones on the top of my list are McConnell, Graham, Peter King, and sad to say John Boehner and Eric Cantor. So, here is a proposed plan. It is a very simple one for the primary challengers.
1. Primary challengers need to fight hard and run the toughest campaign and get as much opposition research on the other guy as your war chest will allow. You fight to win and duke to the death.
2. If in the event you lose the primary, try to stay in the race as an independent. It is important that we do the same thing to likes of McConnell that happened to Dede Scozzafava in New York State. I would love to see someone like McConnell drop out and then endorse his opponent.
The point I am making is something we all get. These senators and representives are no longer Rinos and we should see them as Democrats. They are not allies, they have proven that. They tell us time and time again that there is no place for us in their Republican Party. The truth is, we have no place for them in our Republican party. We need to thin and strengthen the herd. As always, the Water Cooler is an open thread.
