This so called wave has been non existent till this point in NY but this morning some hope might finally be on the horizon. A new Quinnipiac poll in New York finds Andrew Cuomo (D) leading Carl Paladino (R) by just six points among likely voters in the race for governor, 49% to 43%. Yes, we are still behind but if the so called anointed new Governor is slipping it makes you wonder what Gillibrand is at? It also takes away many fears that Cuomo would help sway some congress races in the state.
This is only 1 poll and more need to be shown to show this type of movement and Lazio needs to drop Conservative line ( he indicates he won't at this time) but I can't recall the last time any Republican has hit 43% in a poll in this state.
Is their hope finally for us Republican New Yorkers that the grip of 1 party extreme liberal policies is starting to show signs of strain to mass public?
