I'm going to an exciting conservative conference tomorrow here in Riverside, CA. It is the first of its kind in the area and will bring together a lot of Southern California Tea Party groups as well as local conservative radio hosts, politicians and other patriotic concerned citizens. Among the array of speakers are Dinesh D'Souza, Ann Coulter, Tea Party favorite gubernatorial candidate, Tim Donnelly, and his leading primary opponent, Neel Kashkari. Here's a peek at the event:
And I'll leave you with these encouraging thoughts from D'Souza:
Have a great weekend, patriotic activists.
UPDATE: While I planned on giving a review of the conference, I decided to wait until I can absorb it all. I am still reading up on the literature I received and reviewing notes. In a nutshell, I was extremely impressed, inspired and encouraged (not to mention I got to meet Dinesh D'Souza). The organizers of the event did a fantastic job of bringing together multiple facets of the arms of conservatism that are operating in Southern California, and I'm sure all of us learned about conservative movements and organizations we had never heard of before. I already cannot wait until next year's conference.
The Watercooler is always an open thread.
