I’ve never been a believer in conspiracy theories because they all involve a basic impossibility of human nature;  many different strangers keeping each others secrets.

So the whole birther thing never resonated with me in the slightest.  Even if the  theory we true, it didn’t  affect Obamas eligibility to be President.

But the news today is telling of Obamas character in the same  Elizabeth Warrens insistence the she is of Native American heritage against all evidence is telling about her character.

You see, one thing all liberals have in common it utter contempt for American culture and Founding Principles.  It is a badge of honor for  a liberal to be disassociated with American culture.  This is the reason why Elizebeth Warren continues to make a fool of herself and Barack Obama allowed an obvious intentional error in his biography to go unchanged for 16 years.

When was the last time you saw a movie that showed  American culture to be morally equivalent ( let alone superior) to an indigenous culture ?  Probably never ..   Americans are all too often  perceived to be hateful and racist and slave owning monsters who destroy the homes of peace loving , community oriented indiguenous people .

This is the Reality of America to the Leftist.

Lost on them is the fact the we are  the only society in history to fight a bloody war to free it’s own people from bondage ,  at the cost of over 600000 lives .  Or the fact that people have risked their lives and their fortunes to immigrate here from all parts of the world , have done so since Americas inception , and continue to do so.

This is the Nation that Obama and Warren will go to any length to disassociate themselves with…..   Pathetic….

Isn’t it amazing that Obama didn’t notice this gaffe for 16 years   .. ? And coincidentally it was  noticed when it could have encumbered his Presidential Aspirations …?   Baloney………

BTW, Fauxcahontas , you don’t need to change your smoke signals on the whole Cherokee thing if you want to run for Chief   I mean President in 2016 ..   Cherokees fell outside the Jurisdiction clause of the 14th Amendment upon its ratification, but were granted natural born status by the Snyder Act signed by President Coolidge in 1924.

Children of illegal aliens have never been granted natural born status ,  but that’s for another post…………

If I was the GOP candidate come summer and fall, I would just put a debt clock on the front of the podium. I wouldn’t even say a word – I’d stand there and watch it go up.

You see the truth is that the vast majority of Americans understand that if the Statists in charge are permitted to collapse our currency,  all Americans , gays who want to get married, women who want birth control, and dogs that don’t want to ride on car roofs,  will suffer the misery of the failure of our civil society.

The President and his ilk have no intention of cutting and reversing the massive deficits and the debt clock accumulating these unfathomable numbers is the the perfect illustration of that.  It also makes it clear that most every  other issue brought up by the Obama campaign, the Democrats and the Media (yeah I know I’m redundant ) is merely a distraction from the looming big government created disaster that the good people of this country face..

Apparently the Romney campaign agree with both Dennis Miller and myself and tonights Drudge headline link to this MSNBC article suggests.  (BTW MSNBC….  you guys throw the word ‘prop’ around a lot in that article as if to imply the debt is being overstated or not a pressing issue ..  I assure you the debt is as real and as serious as cancer.)

Bravo, Governor .  You’ve already shown in the early stages of this campaign that you wont shrivel up and concede defeat in the face of the most dangerous Statist infiltration that our nation has ever seen.  Now if you want to win this thing , stand on our first principles of individual liberty and you’ll win massive support from people of all walks of life .

Trying  to pander to those that have bought into the indentity politics game is an utter waste of time; those people have made thier decision long before you were a candidate…

For the past few weeks there have been all sorts of debates around ConservativeLand about the motives of Donald Trump and the Birther issue.

The Consensus has generally been the Trump was being entirely self serving, promoting a wacko conspiracy theory got Trump exposure, which was thought to be to  the detriment of the Republican Party.  This was also the prevailing theory behind the non stop media exposure the Birth Certificate debate was getting the past few weeks.  The media happily gave unlimited time to Trump in hopes of painting anyone opposed to the Presidents policies as being a wacko conspiracy theorist, and more to the point being against Obama the man instead of being  legitimate critics of his policies.

At least thats what I thought.

Trump was self serving, as we all are, but what he saw that most of us missed was the political opportunity that presented itself in incessantly hounding the President about his Birth Certificate….  It UNNERVED OBAMA….

Todays release of the birth certificate doesn’t come across as a powerful moment for Obama nor does it look like a smackdown of Trump.  Not that this makes Trump look Presidential mind you, Trump looks like the same goofy Game Show host he looked like yesterday. But today, by dutifully releasing his birth certificate in accordance with Trumps demands,  Obama looks like a contestant.

Trump successfully exposed the Paper Thin Skin of our Commander in Chief in a way that the media would otherwise not allow. So while I still think candidate Trump falls way short of the principles and credentials needed to be a successful Republican Presidential nominee,  I think he deserves credit for scoring  points  for the Republican field before that field even develops….

I just saw an Andrew Cuomo attack ad on Carl Palidino that had the classic Liberal Lament

“CARL PALIDINO WANTS TO  FORCE RAPE VICTIMS TO BEAR THE CHILD”

Now at this point in time, the Governor of New York has little if any influence about Abortion laws in New York or anywhere else, and I’m pretty sure as Attorney General Cuomo knows that,  but the commercial runs anyway.

That attack on Republicans is  in ads everywhere this cycle, as if it’s some kind of Democrat selling point.

Hey, we may be Bankrupting the Country, but when you get RAPED and get PREGNANT us Democrats Got your Back!!

I’ve always found it such an odd fascination of  liberals,  the whole notion of getting impregnated through rape, it always seems to be at the forefront of any political discussion that you have with them.  Isn’t it weird that such a horrible circumstance isn’t a concern of any Conservative Women?

For instance, why doesn’t Sarah Palin worry about getting pregnant by a Rapist?  After all, Sarah Palin getting gang raped does seem to be a sick Fantasy of Liberals.

First off, any rapist dumb enough to attack Sarah Palin would have his genitalia promptly replaced by a .38 caliber slug  compliments of the Governor herself.  And the Rapists know it.   ( Liberal women take note;  thats why when you carry a firearm you don’t obsess about getting raped so much)

But aside from the fact the Sarah Palin is confident she can turn any rapist into the main ingredient in her Sunday Night Chili for the kids,  Sarah Palin also rests assured in this fact;  the Liberal ‘Abortion in the case of rape’ argument is a CANARD.  It’s a LIE.  It’s FAKE, PHONY, and just like every other Liberal Platform it’s MANIPULATIVE.

These Liberals are never called out on slinging this BS and it’s got to stop.

As soon as you hear ABORTION and RAPE in the same sentence, realize the the person speaking is virtually NEVER arguing in good faith.  The ‘Abortion in the case of Rape’ argument is almost always made by a liberal who is in favor of Abortion on DEMAND.

If you’re a Principled anti Abortion Conservative,( which is the only kind of Conservative BTW) you’re anti abortion regardless of the circumstance of the unborn child’s conception.

If However, you are Pro Life but not versed in the principles of your position, a pathos appeal to your emotions may cause you to doubt your position in an extraordinary circumstance, and ultimately doubt your position altogether.  This is the goal of the Leftist.

But Let’s take Andrew Cuomo’s position at face value.  Thats when the light is shined on just how Full of Crap these Liberals are.

Let’s assume that he considers himself to be this Great Shepard,  always looking out for the Abortion Rights of Rape Victims.

Here is an honest assessment of the proverbial ‘Rape Victim’ that every Liberal constantly claims to be a STAUNCH  defender of:

She MUST NOT have reported the Rape  to the POLICE because standard operating procedure in a Rape investigation is to get the victim medical treatment including EMERGENCY CONTRACEPTION

AND

She MUST NOT have sought medical treatment ON HER OWN ( doctors are not required to report Rapes) where she would receive EMERGENCY CONTRACEPTION

AND

She MUST NOT have sought out  EMERGENCY CONTRACEPTION ON HER OWN if the whole ordeal was too devastating to tell ANYONE about…..

AND then 8 , 14 or 22 weeks later  Liberal   civil rights demand that the woman have access to an anonymous Abortion on Demand because she is a ‘Rape Victim’?!

The Nassau County NY GOP is the definition of a good ol’ boys (and girls) network.  The Party  establishment picks its candidates and the Party machine sees that those candidates are on the ballot and get the votes needed for the GOP nomination.  This system is not at all conducive to producing principle driven politicians.  What it does produce is a culture of cronyism  with big county patronage jobs being doled out after every election.  The other inevitable result when Republicans are more loyal to their local GOP than to their principles,  are Democrat victories.

Nassau County had been under Democrat control for years until this past November.  Republican Ed Mangano won a shocker of an election in November 2009 beating two term incumbent Democrat Tom Suozzi by 300 votes…

But that’s not at all the whole story.

New York has an obscure election law that allows candidates to run on multiple lines on the ballot.  The total votes received by a candidate from every line they are the candidate determnies the outcome of the election. The New York Working Families Party ballot line is  usually the same Candidate as the Democrat Party and the New York Conservative Party line is usually the same as the Republican Candidate….

Now think for a moment,  what would your instinctive reaction be to a candidate representing the Conservative Party? In particular,  think what would go through your mind if that candidate was different than the Republican Party candidate? RINO vs conservative…….?  Scazzofava vs Hoffman…. ?

That’s what I thought….  Well thats just a load of BullCrap…

The Conservative Party does not necessarily equate to the conservative philosophy.  In fact, the Nassau County Conservative Party will pro actively  derail a conservative Republican candidate to protect the patronage jobs of Nassau Conservative Party Insiders…..

Back to Ed Mangano the current Nassau County Executive.  The county Executive position was by far the biggest office that was on the Nassau County  ballot in 2009 and yet Mangano was the only Republican that did not also receive the Conservative Party Nomination..   Mangano won by 300 votes..  The Conservative Party candidate recieved 10000 votes or 4% of the ballots cast.

Now Ed Mangano is a solid conservative.. The ONLY reason that he did not receive the Conservative Party Nomination was because the former Conservative Party Chairman Roger Bogsted was appointed to a BS bureaucratic patronage job by Manganos opponent, the incumbent Democrat Tom Suozzi.

Conveniently enough, the chairman of the Nassau County Republican Party and former New York State Republican Party Chairman Joe Mondello knew about the whole incestuous  relationship between Suozzi and Bogsted and that Bogsted was intentionally hamstringing a Conservative in favor of a  Liberal.

We’ re still waiting on a comment from Mondello.

And there’s a good shot we’re gonna see the same sliminess from these clown come November.

VOTE  FRANK SCATURRO TODAY,  the only solid conservative in the race who is up against the Nassau GOP machine…

We are still 7 weeks from election day, and yet this is already one of the most gratifying election season in my lifetime..

Why?

Because time and time again, a principled conservative has beaten a establishment endorsed  Republican.  Grass roots campaigns and dedicated volunteers have defeated well financed, well connected, legacy type politicians.  I know we haven’t won them all but if I told you this past January that Haley, Angle, Buck, Rubio, Miller, Lee among others would all beat Republican establishment types, you’d probably  think I was way over optimistic.

Let’s slap down one more incestuous, corrupt, failure of a Republican establishment by nominating Frank Scaturro in NY-4.

NY -4 encompasses substantial part of Nassau County NY and in currently represented by the ultra left wing Carolyn McCarthy (D).

Frank is 38, a life long resident of the district, and is a well credentialed conservative.  He has been campaigning fro this office for the last 18 months  His main opponent is seven term Nassau County legislator Fran Becker.  Becker is from a very political family that are long time Nassau Republicans.  I don’t hold that against him, but it is solely the fact that Becker and his family are members of the Republican machine that the slimy Nassau County GOP Chairman Joe Mondello picked him to run for this office in mid June.

I have also heard from reliable sources that upon Becker entering this race, Frank Scaturro was told by the Nassau GOP Chairman to drop out of the race, or forget about running for political office in Nassau County again.  In so many words.

Frank has the potential to be a congressman akin to Paul Ryan or Michele Bachmann.  He is that principled, that good a speaker and the hard a worker.  Fran Becker will do what the Republican Establishment tells him to do.

At 15:00 minutes, Becker is asked his opinion on campaign finance reform. It is obvious that he doesn’t have a clue what campaign finance reform even means.

At 46:10 is one of the most telling parts of the debate and makes me think that Nassau Republican voters have have of Mondello and his cronyism . Becker is asked why he only entered the race a month ago, while Scaturro and Maloney have been campaigning for a year. He basically states that while he entered the race late, he was the only one the could get the endorsement of Mondello. The Audience reaction (you might even be able to hear me) was priceless.….

There is a third candidate, Dan Maloney.  He is articulate and well informed populist type candidate.  While I believe Maloney is better qualified than Becker, I don’t believe he could lead a viable campaign to unseat Carolyn McCarthy and more importantly, I don’t think that Maloneys conservative principles would trump his populist instincts in a pressure situation.

If you want to send a message to the  slimy, creepy ,bums of  Nassau GOP Leadership,  Grab ten friends and vote for Frank Scaturro in the GOP primary on Tuesday..

One way to truly unhinge a Liberal is to point out the rampant Judicial Activism the executes the majority of liberal policy.   Liberal nominees to the Federal bench and the Supreme Court become particularly indignant when accused of legislating from the bench, and for the most part claim or imply an Originalist philosophy.

I’m going to attempt to illustrate the absurdity of the Judicial activism we witness almost daily, and why any Senator (Republican or Democrat) who does not actively try to derail any activist judicial nomination must be defeated.

Let’s take an unapologetic liberal in congress, say Dennis Kucinich, decides that he wants to cement Liberal policies in the Constitution via the Amendment process.  His proposed Amendment will be called ;

“Protecting America from the Homophobic, Xenophobic and Sexist Right Wing Constitutional Amendment of 2010″

or something like that.  The Amendment will include three simple tenets:

1. Any same sex couple wishing to marry made do so anywhere in the United States
2. Any child born on US soil to illegal alien parents will be guaranteed US citizenship
3. A woman seeking an abortion  for any reason cannot be denied one anywhere in the US

Now anyone, conservative or liberal, who has  a working knowledge of the current makeup of congress knows that the Kucinich Constitutional Amendment would never even make it to a vote in congress because it would surely fail.  Even in arguably the most liberal congress in modern history it probably wouldn’t get a majority vote in either house, let alone the 2/3 majority in both houses it would need to be brought to the states for ratification.

Even if the entire House and Senate were made up of Dennis Kuciniches and Barbara Boxers and the Kucinich Amendment got the votes in congress, it would then need ratification of both houses of 3/4 of the states.  A minimum of 75 state houses to ratify it.  13 state houses could defeat it.  No way in hell even in this era of far left liberal governance at so many levels of our society.

Here’s how STUPID liberals think the American people are;  while everyone knows that such an Amendment would fail in 2010, liberals want you to believe that the Kucinich Constitutional Amendment was ratified right in the middle of the Victorian Era in post Civil War 1868.

That’s right.  According to Liberal judges, the representives of the good people of the United States upon Ratifing the 14th Amendment:

1. Set National Policy Mandating Legal Gay marriage , in an era where acts of homosexuality were criminal in nearly every state,
2. Set National Policy Mandating  Birthright citizenship to children of illegal aliens,  although children of Indians pledging allegiance to their tribes and children of legally present foreign nationals pledging allegiance to their home countries were not granted citizenship
3. Set National Abortion Policy giving women the right to an abortion in an era before anti biototics or anestesia when the act of abortion meant a painful death to most women who made that ‘choice’,  and more than 50 years before the womens sufferage amendment.  Yes, according to liberals,  a womens ‘right to abort‘ was established 50 years before a womens ‘right to vote‘.  At least they have their priorities in order.

Isn’t it amazing how the objectives of the states in 1868 ratifying the 14th Amendment are remarkably similar to the objectives of the Center for American Progress or  Moveon.org….?

These Liberal Judges are so Full of Crap must be called out and removed if possible.   And in the spirit of our former Commander in Chief   …..We must make No Distinction between those who commit  Judicial activism and those that allow them to rise to the bench….

Remember about a week ago when every liberal in the media  lectured us at naseum about how journalists must present material in the proper context?

Heres the first few lines on an AP story featured on Yahoo news….

ARIZONA GOVERNOR CONSIDERS CHANGING IMMIGRATION LAW

PHOENIX – The fight over Arizona’s immigration law showed no signs of letting up Friday as the federal judge who blunted its force faced threats and the Republican governor who signed it considered changes to address any faults.

In the days since U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton put on hold the most controversial parts of the law, hundreds of e-mails and phone calls — including some threats — have poured into the courthouse.

Seventy people have been arrested in demonstrations.

And a fund set up to help defend the new law added $75,000 Wednesday alone, giving the state more than $1.6 million to get Bolton’s ruling overturned.

Call me crazy,  but I think the context of the line ‘Seventy people have been arrested in demonstrations’ would indicate that the people arrested were people that supported the Arizona law and opposed Judge Boltons ruling…..

The first two sentences of the story reference the ‘threats’ made to the judge by supporters of the law.  Then, ‘Seventy people have been arrested in demonstrations’   The next sentence indicates a legal fund was set up by supporters of the law.

In fact, no where in the story does it mention that the only people that have been arrested have been opposed to the Arizona law.

But don’t worry, at the end of the story the AP writers assure us that if those vile hate filled conservative Tea Party  groups do decide break the law, the will be in a lot of trouble.

“We understand that people will vent and have a First Amendment right to express their dissatisfaction. We expect this,” said David Gonzales, the U.S. Marshal for Arizona. “But we want to look at the people who go over the line.”

These Liberal journalists really are the lowest of the low….

Theres been a lot of talk lately about a group of states adopting a law that would circumvent the Constitution and essentially abolishing the electoral college.  Liberals hate the Electoral College system; some because they understand the power that it gives to states,  some because they don’t have the intellectual capacity to understand how it works, and some because Al Gore told them to hate it.

I don’t see this law happening.  The more exposure it gets, the more opposition it will get and even if it’s adopted by states with 270 electoral votes, and don’t think it will withstand the courts.

The electoral college was a factor in many states adopting our Constitution, and for a group of states to work in collusion to circumvent it shouldn’t pass judicial scrutiny.  Then again, Roe v Wade should have been laughed out of the courts, too.

First, let’s expose the intellectual dishonesty of the whole thing.  The law implies that it will prevent a Presidential Candidate that a majority of Americans voted against from being elected.   In fact this knucklehead Democrat lawmaker named James B. Eldridge from MA said this yesterday :

“What we are submitting is the idea that the president should be selected by the majority of people in the United States of America.”

HogWash…

What you are submitting is that a PLURALITY of the American People  should Select the President,  even if a VAST MAJORITY of people in your state vote for someone else and could affect the outcome under the Electoral system.

There is a practical matter, however, that I have not heard addressed as of yet….

Under the Constitution, the states determine election laws and standards.  In virtually every state, there is a margin that triggers a RECOUNT (usually less than 1%).  Thankfully,  unless the states electoral votes will determine the winner of the election, we are spared the divisive partisanship and ballot counting shenanigans that are inevitable.(ie Florida 2000)

Now here’s the Million dollar question:

What the heck happens if this law is in effect an the popular vote is really close?  Three times in the past 50 years the margin between the top two candidates has been less than 1%.

Which states votes will be recounted?

The ones who’ve enacted the ‘popular vote’ law or the ones who haven’t..?

Or are recount triggers still determined by the individual states?

And if they are, how do they states recognize if a recount is to be triggered unless they know the results of the other states recounts?

But wouldn’t one state recounting purely based on the results of another state violate ‘equal protection’ as per the Supreme Court?

So I guess every precinct in every state should conduct a simultaneous hand recount…..That won’t be ripe for corruption…Will it?

CHAOS…. Division …  And I Guarantee You, every Narrative will include Racism…

Or could it be that’s just what the Liberals behind this law are hoping for?
