When recently asked to point out where in the Constitution authority is granted to force an individual to buy government health care, Speaker of the House Pelosi replied: “Are you serious?”

Obama likely knows that the Constitution does not mandate Americans be forced into a contractual agreement with a private party for health insurance as he was a senior lecturer, but not a constitutional professor, even so, one assumes he at least has some knowledge of the principles of the Constitution.

“Nowhere in the Constitution is Congress given the power to mandate that an individual enter into a contract with a private party or purchase a good or service,” and No decision or present doctrine of the Supreme Court justifies such a claim of power.

Is it possible Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid, and this new gang of sixty Senators, have not read Article I of the Constitution?

Not in the preamble, ( www.earlyamerica.com/…/constitution/text.html )   it states that the government’s rights are limited. Article 1, Section 8 reads, “The Congress shall have Power … To regulate Commerce with foreign nations, and among the several states, and with the Indian Tribes.” It does not say a word about health care. The federal government only has the power to regulate trade between itself, foreign governments, and the states. NOTHING MORE.

History will record this gang of sixty Senators as the treasonous bunch of politicians who themselves succumbed to accepting 30 silver pieces and blindly following the orders of paid political special interest groups, unions and lobbyists, indirect opposition to the voters and in violation of the constitution they all have sworn to uphold, but apparently have not read.

Final passage of this structural reform health care bill will be yet another violation of the Constitution but it will be the most egregious one to date and a further circumcising and castration of the Constitution of the United States of America. God help us all.

Comparing the pro climate change movement to the weather underground is now an understatement.

Now let’s have an amended ADL report and news media coverage that smears the global warming militant and destructive protesters?  

Now leftwing extremism from the United States can now be broadly divided into groups, movements, and adherents that are primarily hate oriented and mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor of world authority or rejecting government authority entirely.

This health care reform bill is nothing more than a power grab and a government’s structure, for the beginning of the fundamental change from our present free market and capitalist system to one of a fascist socialist form of big government, by the government for the people.

A power grab being constructed in the middle of darkness, behind closed doors and private deals and payoffs being directed from a corrupt Chicago gang of political insiders and unelected czars from within the white house itself.

It contains clauses which are clearly unconstitutional and contrary to the very oath of office these politicians from all parties and independents alike took and swore to uphold.  Not in a free country and nor in the peoples constitution does it give government the right to force or demand citizens to buy healthcare or any other service that the government deems appropriate, or be jailed for failure to do so!

Our Senators, Congress members all are governing like diminutive Kings and Queens, which they are not. If Senator Joe Lieberman, a Jews independent member of Congress sitting with the democrats, succumbs to personal threats that have already been made against his wife and himself and does not continue to uphold the wishes of the majority of the people, which presently stand s at 61% against this structural reform of Americas heath care system, Joe will become a member of the gang of sixty.

Any final passage of this structural reform health care bill will be the end of the start of this administrations illegal and unconstitutional attempt, to fundamental change and circumcise and castrate the Constitution of the United States of America. God help them all.

The public now knows for certain through a new scientific measurement that the effects of C02 and all greenhouse gases on temperature globally, is less than 1/6th of what the UN says it is! A new paper published just last month by Professor Richard Lindzen of MIT, with his formidable authority behind it and because he did it by straight forward measurement of the comparison between changes in surface temperature and changes in outgoing radiation, hopefully this should be the one scientific analysis that brings this scare finally to an end.

What is actually happening is that nearly all of it is getting out into space just as before. So the warming effect of C02 over the whole of the next 100 years or more is going to be far below 2 Fahrenheit degrees and it might even be only 1 Fahrenheit degrees. So, know that there is a known actual scientific measurement result, all the previous UN reports are out of date and were further based on computer models and computer models are another word for guesswork and their guesses were wildly implausible.

So, because the facts have changed and there is now a scientific measured result, there should be no argument with it and to date no one has dared to argue with this paper and his scientific analysis, which is not a computer model, by Professor Richard Lindzen of MIT. Why and why has the media not been reporting on this non global warming scientific study????   

Are we fighting a war on terror or aren’t we? Was it or was it not started by Radical Islamic Terrorists who brought it to our shores on September 11, 2001 and have continually threatened to do so since?

Were people from all over the world, not brutally murdered that day, in downtown Manhattan, across the Potomac from the capitol of the USA and in a field in Pennsylvania?

 Did nearly three thousand men, women and children die a horrible, burning or crushing death that day, or didn’t they?

 And I’m supposed to care that a few Taliban were claiming to be tortured by a justice system of the nation they come from and are fighting against in a brutal insurgency?

I’ll start caring when Osama bin Laden turns himself in and repents for incinerating all those innocent people on 9/11.

I’ll care about the Koran when the fanatics in the Middle East start caring about the Holy Bible, the mere belief of which is a crime punishable by beheading in Afghanistan.

I’ll care when these thugs tell the world they are sorry for hacking off Nick Berg’s head while Berg screamed through his gurgling slashed throat.

I’ll care when the cowardly so-called ‘insurgents’ in Afghanistan come out and fight like men instead of disrespecting their own religion by hiding in mosques and behind women and children.

I’ll care when the mindless zealots who blow themselves up in search of  nirvana care about the innocent children within range of their suicide bombs.

I’ll care when the American and Canadian media stops pretending that their freedom of speech on stories is more important than the lives of the soldiers on the ground or their families waiting at home to hear about them when something happens.

In the meantime, when I hear a story about an AMERICAN or CANADIAN soldier roughing up an Insurgent terrorist to obtain information, know this:

When I see a wounded terrorist get shot in the head when he is told not to move because he might be booby-trapped, you can take it to the bank:

When I hear that a prisoner, who was issued a Koran and a prayer mat, and fed ‘special’ food that is paid for by my tax dollars, is complaining that his holy book is being ‘mishandled,’ you can absolutely believe in your heart of hearts:

 I don’t care.

And oh, by the way, I’ve noticed that sometimes it’s spelled ‘Koran’ and other times ‘Quran.’ Well, Jimmy Crack Corn you guessed it,

 I don’t care!

While Obama waits for his new puppet in Afghanistan, American, Canadian and NATO troops are being killed while he thinks and ponders about making decisions.
