A little less confrontational then the Hilton one, but still gets the same message across, probably better.

Somebody over there has a great sense of humor, and knows how to educate with humor as well. Fantastic ad. Great-looking emperor, but no clothes.

Charleton Heston as Moses, “Parting the Red Sea,” was brilliant.

I’m positively looking forward to the forthcoming Moonbat™ explosion.

It’s trying to paint Obama using stereotypes white people have about black preachers.

and you know that Heston would have gladly done a new shoot of the scene to tailor it even better.

Well done, McCain campaign. That is sure to leave a mark.

The great side effect of such mockery is that when bambi pulls out his usual Hitler-style rally late Aug, voters, even some MSM journalists will be even more sceptical.

Bambi’s bounce out of Denver, if there will be there, will probably be very short-lived.

The McCain campaign has decided it can win. Apparently the Weaver types have been kicked out of the office in favor of those who see honor in victory.

but I don’t think it’s necessary in this particular case.

Just wait ’til Obama and the Partisan Press go into full meltdown mode. This video will definitely be shown on every network… More than once… For free…

Now, let’s hope that Sen. McCain had the foresight to develop an array of prepared responses to use as a counter-punch or follow-up volley.

A video that explicitly defines Obama’s “leadership qualifications and experience” would be spot-on.

  • Guerc

Absolutely hilarious… and yet so brutal. Barack’s own arrogant video was just the right touch.

I finally got off my tush and donated to the McCain campaign. Great work and much better than the last one.

  • drjecdo

    but on the right track.

Isnt this too long for TV. Is htis just another great youtube piece. I really wish they could this on the tube.

although Moses was kind of an underachiever, having only parted the Red Sea.

Obama will beckon to all the oceans to restrain themselves, and they will obey him.

I dont get it. Its too much on the Obama’s Messiah following, and too subtle on why its bogus; it’s images and content is all about how he has a great following, and not enough on why its a fraud. I expect an Obama ad could use much of the same footage. So how will this sway people who have drunk the Obama koolaid anyway?

It would be much better to have the first half be “The One” stuff, and then hit on different directions with the contrast between image and reality:

    1. “And here is where he will lead you:
Higher taxes, liberal activist judges, extremism, $800 billion in new spending,
    2. “The One” have the Obamessiah buildup, then show as Obama makes a bunch of gaffes, like this stuff:

    http://no-bama.blogspot.com/2008/06/more-obama-gaffes.html

    1. “The One” and his flipflops – FISA, campaign finance, “I would never renounce Rev Wright” then six weeks later doing just that, shifts on Iraq
    2. “If he thinks he’s ready, how come he was so wrong about Iraq, so recently?”
Deconstruct his absurd positions – on Iraq, on energy (change your tires?!?), on judges, etc.
    3. The empty suit –
“Yet, he’s a man with no legislative accomplishments, one year in the senate, etc. …” point out all his rookie aspects, you could even grapphically show it by having an Obama with the backlight … showing him in Obamamessiah mode, then remove all but … THE EMPTY SUIT REMAINING … with the backlight still there of course: EmptySuitMessiah!

many have been complaining about the Mccain campaign team, these past two weeks they have been coming out with GREAT ads and really have Obamessiah back on his heels.

EVERY DAY they need to keep doing the exact same thing- constant pressure on all fronts. and they need to start broadcasting these ads nationally..

  • Maneki_Neko

RULE 5: “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.” There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions. (Pretty crude, rude and mean, huh? They want to create anger and fear.)

  • redneck_hippie

Takes great advantage of only one of the more ridiculous Barry pronouncements.

And, this is on just the right track to deconstruct the silly cultorama goings-on.

    Love it!

  • Neil_Stevens

This is all about explaining to the independents why Obama is a fruitcake.

  • paint_it_red

First, I think this was a very funny ad, and it hits the nail on the ad on the empty suit theme.

Second, it is also a “negative ad” (though Obama goes at least as negative every and Obama is sure to bleat “My opponent went negative” just like he did successfully against Clinton. I think we should definitely have ads like this, but it should come from outside the official McCain campaign.
