EDITOR OF REDSTATE

Paging Sarah Palin

I’d like to take this opportunity to heartily encourage you to come on down to Macon, GA to campaign for Saxby Chambliss. He needs all the help he can get — we can’t have 60 Democrats in the Senate.

I’m happy to buy you cup of coffee and show you around the office. There are lots of venues. I guarantee you’d turn out a huge crowd. In fact, McCain signs only went up around here after your name got added.

Okay, so it’s somewhat self-serving. Still. I just gave Saxby 500 bucks. Now he needs to win. You can put him ahead. So come on down.

Eric- With all of your connestions and then connections to connections, do you think maybe if you called her and asked her to help that she would. I know you can.

  • redsouther

I just ran into Bill from Saxby’s Macon office, and he says they’re working on getting Sarah to come down.

  • Erick

    I want to meet her!

She is still tight with Sarah, and Jeri likes you!

Fer gawd sake, she gave me a personal message to pass on to you, take advantage of it!

What an inspiration this women is i wish she had won but don?t regret McCain loosing although I voted for him because the lesser of the two evils argument

…in-state anywhere south of Atlanta, I’ll make a trip to wherever the event is AND give Saxby more money.

understatement alert: Governor Palin would sure help more in this state than the two “name” folks he’s had down here so far, McCain and Romney (unless I missed one somewhere).

    No doubt about that.

Even TALKING to you will generate an ethics complaint.

  • paulag1955

Zane Henning, anyway, and what axe is he grinding?

    by donating to Andrew Halcro.

Other than possible sour grapes or being in the “He-Man Wimmun Haterz Club”, I don’t see much. His complaint seems to be that Palin used her office to promote herself after losing an election. Egads!

  • Scope

I thought Huckabee went there to “help.” Oh, now wait, you did say “name” people.

  • paulag1955

He’s been dogging her since September.

  • Achance

Gov. Palin’s first claim to fame was “outing” the Republican Party Chair for political activities in his office. Since she’s not a candidate anymore, she’s probably OK on this one, but there’s a fine line.

  • paulag1955

If someone files an ethics complaint every time she sneezes. Is she popular enough that people will start to see it as harrassment?

  • jonathan_pujals

Huckabee couldn’t “help” himself out of a paper bag if his life depended on it.

  • Josh_Painter

Pals around with Halcro and has a blog with a big pic of the Obama family lovingly displayed. Just skimming over the posts, I see that he’s still trying to sell long-debunked lies, such as rape kits, etc.

His smear site is here. Have your barf bags ready…

On November 4, 2008, hope trumped fear. The people of conscience in Wasilla have shown that a small town in Alaska can foster large minds as well as small ones.

Another Libpublican attack. Or has he given up all pretense of being Republican?

He’s described as: “Zane Henning ? is a Wasilla resident, politically conservative, and active as a researcher and government watchdog.”

    Uh huh.

Zane Henning is interviewed by the “Wasilla Project” smear group here regarding the “Email Scandal from Hell”, or Yahoomailgate. Nothing about the illegal hacking or invasion of privacy, of course. And they talk about “hypocrisy”.

  • JoeG

Once people see the crowds she’ll still bring out, she’s going to be inundated with requests to visit.

    Here comes 2010.

  • Whitehorse

She can rally the base. I’d like to see Jindal & perhaps Coburn or another rock-ribbed conservative senator help.

  • ramblinwreck

If Governor Palin comes to Macon I’d make the trip all the way from Dade County (Georgia, not Florida) to see her.

    Make it so Erick.
