Stealing Minnesota: Franken’s ACORN

We all know about ACORN right? The group masterfully steals elections by overwhelming the system with fraudulent voter registration applications that translate directly into voter fraud. They stampede election centers causing chaos so votes can be cast while people are distracted. They vote for the dead and claim racism when they are challenged.

Well now we know how an unpopular jackass like Al Franken has been able to get so close to Norm Coleman in Minnesota. He used ACORN for help. This no doubt explains precisely why Franken is so insistent that straight Democrat ballots that had no mark next to Franken must actually be Franken votes, but somehow a ballot that clearly had a mark for Coleman must be challenged. (So much for counting all the votes, eh Al?)

One of Franken’s lawyers couldn’t keep his mouth shut.

Even the observers and lawyers have been instructed by their respective campaigns to not talk to the media. But Minneapolis lawyer Bill Starr, who is volunteering for the Franken campaign, was willing to say a few words. He said he thinks Franken will prevail. His hunch is based on a theory he has.

“People who voted for Coleman are more likely to have taken the SAT in their lifetime,” he said. “They’ve filled in circles. Franken voters are probably not college-educated. They’re new voters and immigrants. They’ve been brought in by groups like ACORN, from the inner cities. They’re more likely to make mistakes. I’ve bounced this off of minority people, and they agree with me.”

Now we know.

It’ll get worse.. wait for the speck that takes a magnifying glass to see that is near the frankin dot. It hasn’t been found yet. but there will be a ballot..

Our country is being stolen one vote at a time.

I wrote about Team Franken’s despicable tactics here. IMO, Team Coleman should object to these challenges on the grounds that they’re frivolous. Minnesota election law allows for the rejection of these types of challenges on the basis that they’re frivolous.

I’ve called Team Coleman Headquarters to remind them of this.

I only ask because it seems that the GOP does not historically fight elections that are been stolen from right under them.

Public school tests (CSAP) uses the same method as SAT. They fill in circles. The people you refer to most likely all went to public school and have taken many of these tests. They know how to fill in circles.

Interesting that they were able to figure out how to fill out all the OTHER circles for democrats on the ballot except the one for Franken. Maybe they’re smarter than you think…

You people do not understand, THIS IS MINNASOTA.
The DFL (Democrat equal) own this state. They have such control that they don’t even bother to hide the corruption.
I am here on a contract from Virignia and I have seen some questionable act before but nothing like this. I have been here for two years and the corruption here is unbelievable. One of the people I work with is a precinct boss (and DFL of course) and he brags that his area had 125% voter participation yet many of the other people I work with (same area) say no one in their family wasted their time to vote. Now if the republican had that kind of vote count a investigation would be terrrible to see but since its a DFL safe area no one is even asking questions.
The very fact that they are having a recount means that a lot of people voted republican and the DFL has to make up a lot of fake votes.

I’ve just posted an update that outlines Team Franken’s despicable tactics. It’s obvious that Team Frankne is ignoring Minnesota state statute.

That doesn’t mean that all those people brought in by ACORN were: 1. registered fraudulently and 2. ACORN then sent in people to vote that were impersonating their fraudulent registrations.

Your assuming that all ACORN registrations are fraudulent, when the vast majority aren’t, and then your making a second assumption that ACORN is supplying fraudulent voters for ALL of their fraudulent registrations.

We spoke about ACORN in my Election Law class. My professor (a Republican) was saying how ACORN, and other groups from both sides, do put in some bogus registrations but rarely do these bogus registrations become votes. Maybe some, more than likely very few, but Registration Fraud does not equal Voter Fraud. Although even 1 fraudulent vote is a smack in the face of our democracy.

If Franken winds up winning the recount and it can be proven his margin of victory is made up of fraudulent votes then, yes, he (or not really he but democratic groups like ACORN) have stolen the election. But to assume what you are assuming is far too broad.

And I don’t see how Franken is going to get ballots that voted for all the Ds except for him to be counted as his votes. “Voter Intent” in Minnessota recounts have been applied liberally by the MN courts, but I don’t see how you can attach an intent to vote FOR Franken to a ballot that shows a clear intent of NOT voting for Franken.

I’m not defending ACORN here. This election cycle has shown that they need some serious work on reviewing registrations. They seem to hire whoever they can grab in order to help, but often these people do not care about the process and only the money. So they just fill out registrations and hand them in. At the very least these registrations should be reviewed by ACORN before forwarding them to the registrar. This would pull out the ridiculous names like “Mickey Mouse” and the Dallas Cowboys, although, names like “Mary Smith” will likely slip through as it may at the registrars office also.

Also when I watched an interview of their President I expected her to blame some of this on Republicans, but also take some responsibility for the blatantly ridiculous things happening. She did none of that. She just seemed to scoff at the fact that her system was flawed and that 1000′s of fraudulent registrations were clogging the system while only blaming a Republican conspiracy. Thats ridiculous. Did Republicans make the story maybe into something more than what it was, yes -probably, but to not recognize an actual flaw? Come on lady.

If my math is right, the difference here is less than 1/100th of 1% of the votes – isn’t it only around 200 out of 3M cast?

So if Franken ends up winning by a hair, and there was 1 fraudulent Franken vote for every 10,000 valid votes cast for either candidate, then the fraud was enough to swing the election.

What has our country fallen to!

  • DamnCat

Franken voters are probably not college-educated….They’re more likely to make mistakes.

Franken voters, by definition, have made mistakes.

  • Moe_Lane

This is only phrased as a request, by the way.

  • EastCoastObserver

If there is actually any evidence that can be proven that the number in which he won by is equal to or greater than the number of fraudulent votes get received minus any fraudulent votes that went to coleman if any.

Now if there are allegations of that and it starts going through the MN courts…there will only be 1 senator from MN for months, if not a year or more, into the 111th Congress.

I bet the Democrat margin in lots of races has three main elements, fraud, new citizens and the stupid (yes I said it and it needs to be said)

Now the BAD NEWS – 16 million new citizens by 2012!! If the Dems get 60 votes in the Senate the Republicans may not see power for a generation.

    With 42% recounted

Franken gained a net total of 86 votes in the first 48 hours of hand counting. By the close of business Thursday, he trailed by 129 votes.

Monitors from the two campaigns have challenged 734 ballots ? 374 by Franken?s campaign, 360 by Coleman?s.
