Elaine Lucas’s Strange Constituent Services

Last night I blogged about a crazy email exchange involved a local radio show host, the Mayor of Macon, Democrat Elaine Lucas, a Macon City Councilwoman and wife of Georgia State Representative David Lucas (D-Macon), and me.

Well, the fun continues. I was forwarded this email exchange:

Here is the original:

Subject: banquet

Mrs. Lucas,

You should take Mayor Reichert’s advice and go to the banquet, assuming you have nothing to hide. Chris Krok is only gaining notoriety by your refusal to be seen in the same room with him. Furthermore, it would be smart to go on his show, so that the same amount of money you stole from us by falsely calling in sick to work could go to charity.

Now here is the response:

You kiss your mother’s ass and go straight to hell, Loser.

That’s some fine constituent outreach. Holy cow!

In point of fact, the reference to the sick time was a legitimate news story some time ago, as was a different news story about Elaine Lucas charging both the School Board and the City (she is a school counsellor) for the same trip.

Talk about a martyrdom complex.

You’ve got the virus that infects the MSM folk.

You didn’t note in the body of your article the political party Ms. Lucas belongs to.

I’m sure your Immune system will eventually fight it off, but for the MSM it’s Fatal (or so we can hope – the more Liberal papers fail the happier I get)…

If our site traffic starts to drop off and our advertising revenue goes to hell because of it they need to remember this. Or does Eagle Publishing have two tiered stock?

    Heh. I’ll ask.

both my residency and business out of the clutches of the city that she and like minded “leaders” infected with their effort to “play” government. Sadly, with only 2/3 of the nearly 150K peak population remaining, this once professionally governed and thriving center of commerce is a shell of its glory days as a result of wannabes (excluding the OP) of “Chicago Style” selfish politics.
