The entire issue is internal to the Republican party and the more people push, push, push it, the more play it gets. It makes us look rather stupid in the end when we have to spend our time defending a silly parody piece.

We don’t mind attacks and debate and legitimate criticism at Red State and we’re not afraid to take each other to task when we perceive each other to be wrong…but above everything else…we the truth to be respected and try to refrain from false accusations and innuendo…Some of my best friends on this site have beat each other simple over issues and still walked away friends with a little more education because we learned something from one another and a newfound respect for each other’s intellect and debating skills
