Rep. Mike McIntyre will be in Columbus County tomorrow, January 13th, for townhall meetings.

His schedule is as follows:

9:30-11:00 a.m. – Economic roundtable discussion at Southeastern Community College, 4564 Chadbourn Highway, Building T- Room 101, with local business leaders, elected officials, and community leaders.

11:15-12:15 p.m.—Lunch at the Columbus County Economic Development Commission office, Dempsey B. Herring Courthouse Annex, 112 West Smith Street.

I’d encourage those of you who can make it to show up and record him.

Here’s what we want to know: Mike McIntyre is a Blue Dog Democrat. Exactly how is he going to explain the budget busting ways of Barack Obama’s fiscal stimulus plan. Is he in favor of raising taxes? Or does he oppose the massive spending? Or is he going to cave on his “fiscal conservative” credentials?

What exactly is his plan for dealing with the deficit?

Let’s send out the army and see what happens.
