like I’ve said elsewhere…. When using the Human Events system to get your Rep numbers you should add them to Speed Dial and you should be planning on dialing/calling them WEEKLY….. to voice opinion on any and all things positive or negative Feedback! they need to hear from us WEEKLY to know we are not going away, we are NOT going to shut-up, we are going to work FOR or AGAINST them in 2010 and beyond…. call them weekly from now until 2010 Elections and even beyond that GET INTO THE HABIT!

Levin’s office: They said “Thank you!” in the usual dismissive tone I would expect meaning they don’t care what I had to say…. What I did say was (to play to the “Liberal” rhetoric) “For the past 8 years ‘we’ have been complaining about over-spending and raising Govt debt – yet the Senator wants to support this new Presidents wasteful spending that will again DOUBLE the debt in just Obama’s first 2 years at this rate… All that debt, and subsequent INFLATION that will be caused, will NOT help Michigan’s economic problems…. He should OPPOSE the Stimulus plan and other wasteful spending”

Kil[capitalism]Patrick’s: I have to state that I was impressed and surprised that someone in her office actually wanted to “discuss” and “debate” the issue (and others, jobs going overseas) …. was the same tired Liberal BS of course but at least they weren’t just completely dismissive…. They wanted to say the most important element here for Kilpatrick was GREEN JOBS to help replace lost/shrinking jobs…. I said tell her to VOTE DOWN STIMULUS and create a Bill for JUST NEW GREEN JOBS and dealt ONLY with those Jobs/Infrastructure issues ($200 B or so) that SUSPENDS ENVIRONMENTAL LAWS that blocks us from expanding the Electric Grid and getting power from Solar/Wind Farms, and only suspending Environmental Laws to allow us to get the work done in 3-5 years rather than 30-50 – that he (was a male I spoke with) brought up – that I would SUPPORT (had to throw them some bone to continue to listen/talk) that AND added that cutting Corporate Taxes to help keep them from moving to Mexico or overseas is the way to go to help stop job losses NOT running up Debt and bringing about INFLATION further making business costs rise WILL NOT HELP!
