I hope to attend – originally I thought my corporate overlords would frown on this event but given that their bonuses are going to be taxed 90% I would think they would encourage us to roll out to support.

Ideally I will bring the kids since it’s their kid’s money we’re spending on stupid crap.

Come and join us as we voice our 1st Amendment Rights against the current spending “free-for-all” going on in Washington, D.C. and California.

Location: Spanish Landing – North Harbor Drive at Spanish Landing (across the street from the SD Airport).

SAN DIEGO TAX DAY REVOLT:

The April 15th Tax Day Revolts focus on the three main posts offices that are open late that day. The protests are slated to begin approximately at 6:00 pm to midnight near the following postal locations.

1) Sports Arena Midway: 2535 Midway, San Diego, CA 92110 E

2) El Cajon: 401 W. Lexington Ave., El Cajon, CA 92020

3) North County: 11251 Rancho Carmel Dr., San Diego, CA 92199

Starting at 6pm, protesters need to go directly to the post office of their choice from the list below. We will have location “Captains” for each post office.

I’ll be there. From what I understand, they are still deciding where to have it, either the town hall or La Fortune Park.

   If it falls on Tax Day (Wednesday, April 15th), it takes place on my new “weekend,” which you can thank the major banking institution for which I’m contracting that has its cozy little relationship with our so-called “Democratic” government for.  Not that I mind the hours, but if they’re going to try any of what I’ve seen being floated by President Obama, Secretary Geitner and the Pelosi-Reid Congress, there’s a chance that I’ll either be out of work or have too much work (and no more vacations).  As I see it, it’s my opportunity to see just how many of us are out there who haven’t yet allowed ourselves to become just another of the government’s “housepets”…
