Why I Support the National Conservative Campaign Fund

This is not surprising, but it is disappointing.

National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) Chairman John Cornyn (R-Texas) penned a letter to Republicans in Pennsylvania urging them to support Sen. Arlen Specter (R-Pa.) in the state’s looming primary battle.

Look, the NRSC does what it has to do. But when I give money to an organization, I want to know it is going to my types of candidates. So I am bypassing the NRSC. Instead, I choose to give to the National Conservative Campaign Fund.

You will not see it spend money to help people like Arlen Specter. It will instead help conservatives run races — even in primaries against other Republicans.

You can learn more at the NCCF’s website. I’ve also started a Facebook group to support the organization.

I’ve never even heard of the National Conservative Campaign Fund, but if you want to give to an organization that has actually has waded into primaries and general elections to made a profound difference on behalf of freedom-loving and defending candidates, one needs to look no further than the Club for Growth.

Good grief, I wish there were a way to go back and edit grammar in posts. LOL
