If you live in Pennsylvania

There is a big call that will happen tonight among Pennsylvania Republican Party Executive Committee members. I’m hearing there will probably be over 100 people involved.

If you know your local party chair, I encourage you to call that person and tell them to get behind Pat Toomey.

The Politico is running a story today that suggests the PAGOP establishment and the NRSC are trying to get Jim Gerlach to run against Toomey (Ridge is not interested in running). Gerlach could hurt Toomey in the primary, but he cannot win the primary.

Call your Pennsylvania GOP representatives and demand they unite behind Toomey.

…and tell him to stop destroying the spirit of our party

why they keep losing elections! I mean it’s not like We The People are the ones who vote for them or anything.

And not only would I like to donate it to the Toomey campaign, I really want to encourage more people to do so also. My donation will be going in tomorrow and frankly this is something that every Republican across the country should think about throwing at least $5 toward. My donation will be $50 and it’s the first one of what I want to be a very concerted effort in the next few years.

And you tell them to get on the phones because the grassroots support is here and if I have anything to say about it, Toomey is going to win. And I’ll put my money where my mouth is.

    Nice to see you again.

Specter was a mediocre Senator –at best– for Republicans and I want to see that seat taken by a real one in this next cycle. I haven’t left the party and as a Moderate I can say that the party hasn’t left me either. Specter left me and my feeling is that the wider Joe Biden’s grin gets, the more money we should donate to make sure he loses. Dig deep. :)

For those of us who don’t follow these things as close as you do, why is Jim Gerlach the “wrong guy”?

I have no information on PA Republicans, so would appreciate a form card on these guys.
