EDITOR OF REDSTATE

Blood for Blood. Ashes for Ashes.

If the right can be blamed for the tragedy today, the left must be consumed with scrubbing the blood from its hands.

You only thought leftists got excited when American soldiers got killed. As I’ve written before, leftists celebrate each and every death of each and every American solider because they view the loss of life as a vindication of their belief that they are right.

Well, I didn’t think it was possible, but the gunning down of guards outside the Holocaust Museum in Washington has Markos Moulitsas and his band of leftist brothers positively demanding a ticker tape parade for the deranged shooter.

Kos, best known for celebrating the deaths of American contractors in Iraq and saying “screw them,” is now declaring the right is to blame for the shooting at the Holocaust Museum.

Let me make just three quick points:

1. It is the leftists like Kos’s acolytes that perpetuate anti-Semitism under the guise of “if only we wouldn’t defend Israel this wouldn’t happen.” Nazism, like Communism, and the neo-nazis disease that stems from the former, share the common foundation of socialism that these same leftists now agitate for.

2. If the right were to blame for the tragedy at the Holocaust Museum, Markos Moulitsas, Keith Olbermann, Harry Reid, and Barack Obama must be positively scrubbing the blood off their hands after the tragic murder of Pvt. Long in Arkansas last week and wounding of Pvt. Quentin Ezeagwula. I’m surprised leftwing bloggers can type with all the blood on their hands.

3. Kos and the lunatic gunman today and the lunatic gunman who killed Pvt. Long share more in common that the rest of us — their world view is centered on contempt for what this nation stands for and are consumed with an abiding hatred of George W. Bush and the “neocons.”

and get through the entire diary without jotting something down that would bring forth Moe and his blam stick. Marcos is an oxygen thief.

  • EagleWatcher

    There I said.

  • http://moelane.com/ Moe Lane

Besides, you should hear *my* opinion of the fellow, sometimes. I can think of at least ten or so decent Left-blogs that got more or less smothered to death because the Democratic Establishment decided to pick one site and develop it into a reliable cash cow.

  • EagleWatcher

People like Marcos are nihilists in search of meaning. Harping on this stuff gives them and existential high.

If you read to Hitleresque rantings of von Brunn, you will see he blamed the Jews for 9/11. Yes, boys and girls, he was a 9/11 Truther.

  • mbecker908

the point of my comment was that I couldn’t have assembled that many words on the subject without being the subject of a “group blamming” at VRWC World HQ.

I would never accuse you of disloyalty Moe. Or anything else you’d even remotely object to. I live too close to the edge of the envelope to incur YOUR wrath.

    Mea culpa.

Von Brunn also wrote, “The ‘Holocaust’ Religion is destroying Western Civilization. The Aryan gene-pool dies, ‘unwept, unhonored and unsung.’”

Shooting suspect’s history of seething anger

Who was just in Cairo comparing the one-sided genocide of the Holocaust to, ?on the other hand,? the self defense of Israel against Palestinian terror and those intending to ?wipe Israel off the map.?

And what is the political leaning/lunging of the network news anchor that just asked

What can the Israelis learn from your visit to Buchenwald? And what should they be thinking about their treatment of Palestinians?

         Tom Brokaw’s Questions

And whose former pastor just lamented that

Asked if he had spoken to the president, Wright said: “Them Jews aren’t going to let him talk to me. I told my baby daughter, that he’ll talk to me in five years when he’s a lame duck, or in eight years when he’s out of office…

…”Ethnic cleansing is going on in Gaza. Ethnic cleansing (by) the Zionist is a sin and a crime against humanity, and they don’t want Barack talking like that because that’s anti-Israel,” Wright said.

Rev. Jeremiah Wright says “Jews” are keeping him from President Obama

Democrats have been actively working to let our guard down against the threats that Jews and Americans are facing. To feign alignment with those they have been selling out after this tragedy is downright shameful.

    Nazism the Neo-Nazis disease

Equality over liberty exists today in the American Left as it was in Nazism. Class warfare exists today in the American Left as it was in Nazism. Support of the socialist labor unions exists today in the American Left as it was in Nazism. Greater government exists today in the American Left as it was in Nazism and so on.

I don?t think there is any justification to deny the intimacy of American Left and Nazism and the Obama regime.

Seriously? This should be a blog for reasonable conservative dialogue, not garbage like this.
I think its one thing to argue that liberal policies lead to more military members dying due to lousy foreign policies, but its another to say that they are “excited” for deaths of military people. Many liberals, like many of us conservatives, have people in their families serving overseas, so to say that they are excited for military deaths is simply ridiculous and it crosses any line of reasonable discourse.
And I’m also confused as to why Kos and Olbermann should be “scrubbing the blood off their hands” when it comes to the tragic death of Pvt. Long. Sure they are both ridiculous, but we need to be careful of what we accuse people of. Just because they don’t cover something doesn’t mean that they in any way condone it, and we should not be accusing them of having blood on their hands in any way.
And also, lets not be comparing Markos and this lunatic, it just makes us look silly. Last time I checked, Markos hasn’t opened fire on anything or directly killed anyone, so implying that they share a “worldview” is ridiculous and silly.
We on the Republican side need to stand for reasonable discourse and encourage learning lessons from this and other tragedies, something that this blog post in no way advanced.

Well, that was dumb of you. Couldn’t think of a convincing narrative to have your ‘father’ respond, huh?

    Bye.

  • http://moelane.com/ Moe Lane

Trying to justify his ‘dad’ voting for Obama for reasons of sound fiscal policy… well. The end of May was just a little too long to make it believable that any Republican wouldn’t have already brought it up. I mean, I love my mom dearly, and I was pointing this out to her roughly three weeks after the ‘stimulus’ passed.

Nicely, of course. She’s my mom. But I brought it up.

After the horrific crime at the Holocaust Museum, Obama should condemn Rev. Wright’s hateful comments about Jews.

Anti Semitism is a growing problem around the world and has been on the rise in certain sections of the African American community.

Obama should use his position to speak out against groups like the Nation of Islam instead of using his position just to speak out against America’s past in the rest of the world.

Sadly, I don’t expect to hear any comment from the President about his “spiritual adviser” of the last 20 years latest racist statement.

I was thinking when they announced the identity of the shooter so quickly after the incident happened, “This is it.”  I recalled Glenn Beck saying that all that the Left needs to call for guns to be confiscated from private owners is for an incident like this.  It doesn’t matter who the shooter is or what philosophy he espouses, they want the excuse to extend the gun bans so that no one can legally own a gun, period.

However, they’re whimps.  They don’t have the guts to go through the amendment process for revoking that law in our Constitution any more.  Instead, they’ll just call on some of their activist judges and willing accomplices within the law enforcement agencies to carry out their dictates.  Because they can do that now.

No consulting the taxpayers.  No considerations for a blowback from those lawful gun owners not inclined towards irrational violence or extremist fanaticism.  No concern over the evidence from abroad that a disarmed population is soon afterwards falling victim to every imaginable criminal, terrorist and tyrannical enterprise that could get carried out in their country.

       I’m watching that horizon now…

Eric you are a little unhinged. Your level of ranting is truly more akin to the rantings of the holocaust museum murderer than anything coming from the mainstream media. I do not understand how you and the other commenters here can take yourselves seriously. I mean, trying to link the “left” with the holocaust murderer??!? While we all agree that the left would disagree with that idea, I think you must also agree that the Holocaust murderer himself would strongly disagree. And he’d be down right apoplectic (and likely to blow your head off).

First… “reply to this.” Otherwise nobody knows to whom you are speaking.

Second, being new, you wouldn’t know this, but this is actually the third (or is it fourth) incarnation of RedState. While our membership time is accurate, old posts didn’t carry over when the switch was made.

I saw this on today’s WT online:

Mike German, a former FBI agent who worked cases against white supremacists and now works at the American Civil Liberties Union, said that authorities focus too broadly when monitoring such groups. He said authorities too often incorrectly focus on what members of groups think instead of what they have done.

Mr. German said that many people may share the ideology of the suspect in the museum shooting case – 88-year-old James W. von Brunn – but it was the suspect’s history of violence that was the best indicator of Wednesday’s attack.

“I think if you look at the amount of violence, over the years white supremacist and other extremists have been involved in violence for decades,” he said. “I think we have to be careful in focusing on the conduct and not on the ideologies.”

It’s actions, not thoughts, that are dangerous.

And I didn’t know that about this being the newest RS, so again. I’m new to these woods, as you point out. And while troll hunting isn’t the reason for my visit, I thought maybe there was one in xtabay1. In my zeal, I faux pas-ed a couple of times. I’ll try not to do it any more.

    WTF ?

If you believe that then you’re insane. If it was to score some weird political points in some disgusting game you’re playing then you truly are a sick partisan hack.

Hey – let us know which one

  • http://www.hakubi.us/ Neil Stevens

We’ve seen the pictures, you royal flaming moron, so stop lying.

“We support the troops when they frag their officers.” – a staple of your kind for decades.

“[American troops in Iraq are] going into the homes of Iraqis in the dead of night, terrorizing kids and children,” ??John Kerry, your 2004 nominee.

We know it’s true. If you don’t like it, do something about it. Don’t blame Erick. He’s just the messenger.

  • Jack_Savage

“Air raiding villages and terrorizing people” from Barack Obama, “Mercanaries. Screw ‘em” by Kos et al, “Rapists and murderers” by Jack Murtha, the photograph of Cindy Sheehan in Vogue lying on her son’s grave in order to score a few political points, the gleeful tallying of American deaths in Iraq – “1000! 2000! 3000! Wait, wait…..YES! 4000!”.

The problem with your side, polaris, is that we have ears to hear and eyes to see. A real disadvantage for you.
