are my “clear and to the point.” I give her some slack as she seemed to be speaking without notes or a teleprompter for about 20 minutes. Some verbosity will occur. Still, it was well organized when compared to Mr. “57 States” Obama.

It’s become a Dem talking point that her statement was rambling and incoherent. I couldn’t disagree with them more.

about knowing what is going on and you also speak up for people when needed like you said even when it’s not popular. I think you have good insight with knowing what is really going on.

she was hired to do a job and voluntarily didn’t complete the job. I guess I am using “heat” broadly, but “taking her word” when she is so verbose and vague invites the speculation.

Moreover, I would love nothing better than for her, or any conservative for that matter, to serve two terms as a more conservative Reagan. I don’t see how she does that and I doubt I would choose her in a primary against conservatives that haven’t resigned an executive position.

Great combo! My family and friends have been real impressed with Liz and we think this combo would be great. There is not a man I have talked to that wouldn’t vote for these two. Love It-Love It-Love It

she quit because of “the heat.” You say “quit,” she said “passed the ball.” Retreating from a bad battle position to higher ground isn’t the same as abandoning the war.

It’s not like she was helping bail out a sinking lifeboat and quit without having a replacement ready. Being Governor is not the same as being indispensable; that’s what Lt. Governors are for.

You can characterize anything anyway you want to, but I’d prefer to take her at her word until proven wrong, and I’m not expecting to be proven wrong. In the meantime, it doesn’t help any conservative cause to disparage her in any way, just because you disagree with her. I understand your opinion, but considering that she hasn’t yet said she’s what she intends to do, the question of her being “done” is certainly an open one.

I heard one amateur pundit say she thought Palin’s strategy was bad. How the heck can you judge a strategy if you don’t know what the ultimate goal is, and the pundit admitted she didn’t know that?

They have become pop contests. When the media was beating up on Palin, it was personal. If you think ideas have more wieght than the candidate espousing them, why did they beat up on the candidate and not the ideas?

People voted for Reagan because he projected leadership qualities and charisma. It’s the same reason Bill Clinton got elected on the oppsite side of political idealogy.

If you think ideas prevail on either side you haven’t been paying attention.

Hey, if I had my way everyone would have to pass a 50 question general citizenship test to vote every time. But, that is not how it is.

I don’t have any personal affection for Palin, nor anyone else. However, I know a political star when I see one and she is the only Republican that has the juice to raise the money, demand media attention and get her message across.

As for lonely, lol. If I were lonely I would post more stuff…..like you.

Sarah was right to give up the governorship. And her reasoning escapes the talking heads, even some who I put heavy credence in their words.
First of all, the ever nastier leftists were diminishing her ability to govern by filing all those baseless suits, showing once again, that their world only encompasses the foot around their egocentric beings.
Secondly, she is not going to run for office. She will write, and, as the article says, be a kingmaker. Obama’s worst nightmare? YOU BET, and a bigger one for both Houses of Congress. These Godless Statists will finally believe as they will find that you truly DO reap what you sow.
So, goodbye for now, Sarah. We’ll be seeing you on the campaign trail 2012. God Bless You!
