Eric- I just voted twice to see what would happen.
Scope Friday, July 3rd at 6:47PM EDT (link)and I must wonder how many anti-palinistas voted several times.
I tried to vote twice as well, but it gave me a message saying:
suzieQ Friday, July 3rd at 7:15PM EDT (link)“We’re sorry, you’ve already voted in this poll!”
I don’t think it counted my second vote.
“It’s finally happened: Abortion stopped a bleeding heart.”
- Ann Coulter, January 25, 2006
“My concern about the role of the federal government is that an intrusive government, a government that says, ‘Don’t worry, we will solve your problems’ is a government that tends to crowd compassion out of the marketplace, that too often in the past people said: ‘Somebody else will take care of the problem in my area. Don’t worry. The government is here.’”
- George W. Bush October 31, 2000
“Had the decision belonged to Senator Kerry, Saddam Hussein would still be in power today in Iraq. In fact, Saddam Hussein would almost certainly still be in control of Kuwait.”
- Dick Cheney
Really. At this point, "Who Cares".
mbecker908 Friday, July 3rd at 6:51PM EDT (link)Let’s see what happens.
There are several things to wait and see. One would be the so-called gas pipeline. It will be interesting to see what happens with that. And then there’s those pesky Yahoo emails.
I think she can raise a bunch of money for Republicans. And draw some crowds. Those are good things. I’m not so sure she’s got much more to off, at this point.
I think the frist one plus she can resond and VETT obama and his THUGS
bobojake Friday, July 3rd at 7:10PM EDT (link)at the same time.

It's to play their game
blogan2 Friday, July 3rd at 7:45PM EDT (link)A certain president has shown us that being in roles of leadership isn’t important. Instead, you need to have a book, speaking tours, etc. She’s just freeing herself up so she can compete in the American Idol-style voting that the presidential primaries and race has become.
Our primaries are a smidge more demanding than theirs
Neil Stevens Friday, July 3rd at 7:48PM EDT (link)The Souter incident taught us we want track records.
Want to run for conservatives? Give.
There Is No Crisis
Two positives
chashand Friday, July 3rd at 7:51PM EDT (link)I haven’t yet digested this yet, but my first thought was it’s a mistake. But I thought of two reasons why this is very good.
1. She will raise a hell of alot of money for conservative Republicans for the 2010 elections, and that is the most important election coming up. Who cares about 2012 at this point. Plus she does a fantastic job of firing up the base. Without her, McCain would’ve lost by much more.
2. She will have the free time to beat back all the garbage that’s been thrown at her, and continues to be. I mean, why the hell do I know about Governor Palin’s daughter’s boyfriend’s Mom?? Ridiculous.
I don’t believe she’s ‘quitting’ for a second. She’s moving forward. Regarding 2012, WHO CARES! 2010 is what’s important now.
chashand
Here's a vote for "not quitting"
redneck_hippie Friday, July 3rd at 7:59PM EDT (link)from a certain bestselling author of note.

“We must not lose our faculty to dare, especially in dark days.” - Churchill in March, 1942.
Remember NY-23; translation: RINOs Have No Base.
Sarah Palin is going to make a GREAT POTUS!!!
Elizabeth Christian Friday, July 3rd at 8:03PM EDT (link)At first I was like WHAT? Because I received a call “she resigned” and was like WHAT?
Now I have read her transcript and her last tweet on twitter ~ looking forward to kicking Bambi’s tail in 2012 - GO SARAH GO!!!
Any society that would give up a little liberty to gain a little security will deserve neither and lose both.
~Benjamin Franklin
Probably...
George Claghorn Friday, July 3rd at 8:20PM EDT (link)…because she was getting a bit tired of stuff like this. Being the left’s victim of convenience time and time again gets old after awhile.
“Victory comes, though we know not when. We must be happy warriors until the end.
For those of you who struggle with what goes on, who see retreat and capitulation, and who feel like not just your political opponents, but those who hold dear all those things you hold as blasphemous — be cheerful. Be happy. Victory is already yours.
You must just have the courage to not get discouraged and have the will to fight on.” – Erick Erickson at RightOnline
I'd have voted for "Let's wait and let Sarah tell us"
civil_truth Friday, July 3rd at 8:55PM EDT (link)..but alas that choice wasn’t on the ballot. Instead we’re expected to mind read. I’ll have to pass because my supply of entrails got cut off last month (forgot to pay my bill, I think).
But I suppose this poll has the merit of providing diversion on a holiday weekend and causing the spilling of lots of electrons on sheer speculations.
And Rightly So!
2010 definitely, and 2012 maybe
sbowers3 Sunday, July 5th at 11:09AM EDT (link)The right choice wasn’t in the poll. She is gearing up for 2010. She’ll be campaigning for hundreds of candidates. She can gather crowds and enthusiasm like nobody else. And I bet it won’t be enough for a candidate to have an R after his or her name. She’ll campaign only for real conservatives.
“Government is the great fiction through which everybody endeavors to live at the expense of everybody else.”
