FL Senator George LeMieux TO THE LEFT of Pelosi

This is just stunning.

The Speaker of the United States House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), has shut down Democrat efforts to punish Joe Wilson (R-SC) for yelling at Barack Obama during Obama’s speech to Congress.

George LeMieux, Charlie Crist’s errand boy and the newest Republican Senator, is calling for Joe Wilson to be censured. That puts Charlie Crist’s errand boy to the left of Nancy Pelosi.

LeMieux remains undecided on government run health care, supports cap and trade, and supports the President’s big spending agenda.

George LeMieux says he is “a Charlie Crist Republican.” What we are learning about Charlie Crist Republicans is that they are not Republicans at all, just placeholders for a left wing agenda.

We must say no. We must support Marco Rubio.

I just didn’t say anything here at RS, because nothing would have mattered…….

Short of sewing Governor Crist’s lips together and binding his hands so he couldn’t nominate Mr. LeMieux verbaly or by the pen and/or physically restraining Mr,. LeMieux from ever taking the seat, there was nothing anyone down here could do.

Senator Nelson (D-FL) loves the guy, so that should say it all.

By the way…. Governor Crist, “Senator” LeMieux, if by some bizarre chance either or both of you should read this, please be advised that your political careers are over as of November 2010.

Whatever damage you intend to do to our state and/or nationally before then will be met with some interesting responses by us Floridians…… and oh yeah…. Have a nice day.

  • redtillimdead

If he was smart, he would have picked someone who could come back in 2012 against Nelson, and have name rec. I was personally in favor of State Rep. Jennifer Carroll, a Conservative African American.

  • seesalrun

Man this guy wants to make his mark eh?
Rubio will be a fine replacement.

Being a Florida resident, Crist and LeMieux make me puke. I used to get email updates from Senator Martinez which I looked forward to. Today I got one from LeMieux and couldn’t unsubscribe fast enough. The first thing I realized he did was vote to ban offshore drilling. Great. The only thing he has done and probably will do that I agree with is vote no on Cass Sustein. I got my Rubio bumpersticker in the mail, have asked about yard signs and when he schedules an appearance a little closer to where I live that is also not tomorrow when I am going to a 9/12 rally, I will be there in support of Rubio. I talk him up whenever I get a chance and foreward his emails to everyone I know. Rubio comments on just about everything – got a nice 9/11 rememberance email from him today. We get crickets from Crist. I voted for Crist, have been disappointed ever since and can’t wait to get him out of any office representing Florida. Crist and LeMieux certainly do not represent my interests as a Floridian.

Thank you for posting this. It is clear that Crist has moved far to the left of those values he claimed he held during his bid for governor, and to have watched Crist pal around with Obama and jump up and down with glee in support of Obama’s massive stimulus plan was, to say the least, very disheartening. To those calling for support of Rubio – Amen!

  • GregInFla

Right now, Florida is the only southern state with 1.75 liberal US Senators. We need to stop this. As a Floridian for 25 years, I fear we have failed the rest of the south. Now I know, they say the farther south you go, the farther north you are. But this crap makes me sick. It makes you want to move to South Carolina. We need to drill. More oil seeps from the ocean floor than is spilled in drilling. And Joe Wilson deserves our support! Michele Bachmann too! Sorry for the rant. 9/11 has hit me hard today,

All Floridians are welcome at the Mighty Mushroom 9/12 1pm here in Melbourne.

    Is a great Conservative.

Charlie Crist is an Arlene Specter wanna be. He has nearly ruined Florida with his Citizen’s Insurance scam …

Charlie Crists handmaiden is just as dumb stooge. The media in Florida elected Crist.

  • http://www.the41stvote.org rcov092

He is Barack Obama’s favorite Republican and will vote to :

    Publicly fund abortion
    Stop drilling here, drilling now
Vote for Cap & Tax (from his own words)
    Vote to overturn DOA
Vote fro every Global Warming intitative Henry Waxman and Nancy Pelosi are for.
    Vote to increase spending wildly
Vote for every fee Increase the Dems propose
Vote for every tax increase Barack Obama needs for his Socilaist Agenda

That is why Charlie Crist is dead to me as a Republican. since by his own declaration LeMieux is a “Charlie Crist” guy, he too is dead to me.

Joe Wilson spoke truth on Wednesday night. THAT IS THE REASON WHY PELOSI WANTS THIS ISSUE DEAD AND BURIED ALONG WITH JIMMY HOFFA. (WHERE HER AND BARACK’S UNION THUGS PUT HIM)

Now I shall leave and make THIS MONTHS CONTRIBUTION TO MARCO RUBIO.

One last thing. Charlie Crist spends most of his waking hours channeling Arnold Schwarzenegger. He would make a fine Senator…from California.

If the coming previews decide whether or not you are going to go to the movies, I think a little time with this guy will not lead to packed houses for Crist.

I live in Florida and we’ve been sliding left for a while now. As far as Crist is concerned I have a rule. I don’t trust a man who spends more time in a tanning booth than my wife. Add manicures, and I’m voting for the other guy- twice.

  • RedBeard

Well, doesn’t that just say it all? LeMieux admits to being a lackey. How very inspiring. Just what we need in Washington is a gutless sock puppet of a squishy liberal Republican.

I was actually thinking we might accidentally get a place-holder slightly better than Mel “Where’s my pension” Martinez, but that was a silly idea.

seems there is no such thing as bad publicity. I was looking for Joe Wilson site so I Could put a link up on twitter to his donate page. I made the mistake of typing http//www.joewilsonforcongress.org instead of http://ww.joewilsonforcongress.com. Click the link to the .ORG site, you will either be shocked or amused at where you end up.

Just a colossal, utterly worthless piece of s#!t. Why in God’s name does this clueless putz even bother call himself a Republican? And by the way, Thank you Mel Martinez. Way to stick it out for the team.

I’ve given Money to Marco Rubio… For all our sakes, I suggest you do the same.

Speaker Rubio is the guest Speaker at the Okaloosa Republican Party Lincoln Dinner sked for 26 Sept. I’ve bought tickets to attend and so has my Brother-in-law who is a DINO (Democrat in Name only- It’s a family thing…complicated)

Charlie Crist has little respect inTallahassee…Anyone who has dealt with him knows that you can’t trust him….

Rubio can win this…. The Base hates Crist and if you carry the Base in the Primary, you can win the Nomination. The Base wants Change….And Crist ain’t change….

  • GregInFla

Between Crist and Spitzer, I can make my point. These guys are crime stoppers by trade, so no one knows their political views on issues. An Atty General never says a side on political issues.

And yes, I was fooled into voting for the guy 3 yrs ago.

  • GregInFla

His speech at Redstate’s Atlanta gathering was truly inspiring. He is on my list of those getting my support.

  • fireplug52

It is amazing that Crist put his pseudo man in place because he thinks he will take it over in November 2010.

Though I am living outside the country I am registered to vote in the State of Florida and I can’t wait for the primaries to come next year so that I can help stick it to Crist and his other Obama allies. Rubio has shown some intestinal fortitude and if my vote has anything to do with it, he will be the next Senator from Florida.

Yes, I have and will contribute to Mr. Rubio’s campaign.

I moved to Florida seven years ago to get away from the Liberals and Feminists who were destroying New Hampshire. While the Feminists haven’t yet invaded Florida for a major take over, it certainly looks like the Progressive Liberals have a lot of people fooled.

I saw one of the guys from SatireWorks.com at the Rally Saturday in Washington and he had a bumper sticker that said “Charlie Crist Is In Bed With The Wrong Political Ideologies”. If you know Crist’s history you’ll understand the double meaning to that…

I encourage all of your readers to support Marco Rubio and his truly sane and conservative approach to government. I checked and there are shirts, buttons and stickers for him at http://www.SatireWorks.com. Get the word out and defeat RINO Crist’s plans.

  • richris

When Crist stood beside Obama in Florida proudly hailing the stimulus pork package, it was obvious he was no Republican. When Crist took an important page out of Obama’s playbook and awarded his bestest friend the Senate seat, it was even more obvious he was just another Obama wannabe.

  • chong

I like that archer52, “don’t trust a man who spends more time in a tanning booth than my wife”. Add a manicures, you got to wonder if he is a man. Ha, ha, ha…
