EDITOR OF REDSTATE

Today’s the Day

You made your pledge, now lets fund Nikki Haley and blow up South Carolina in a very good way.

I’m in for $500.00 because I believe in Nikki Haley. I believe we need leaders like her at the state level. And I believe if we can get leaders like Nikki elected, more will follow at the local, state, and federal level.

Let’s blow up the moneybomb today.

Is there a gauge somewhere on her site that shows how we are progressing? Gotta have a graphic!

    done.

  • MathMom

but she needs it on her money bomb page, too!

  • Aaron Gardner

Seems equitable since I probably only make a tenth of what he makes. ;)

    Wish it could be more.

  • chbroussard

I wish I could donate more. There are so many candidates who need our support in this crucial election cycle.

  • SteveM

Glad to do it. Go get ‘em, Nikki!

  • JadedByPolitics

WHOLE of the Democrat Party and their LYING media arm of the party ie: CNNMSDNCNBCCBSABC.

  • constitutionalconservative

And I just gave last week!

Haley is exactly the sort of candidate worth our support.

  • sodonnell13

I would try to get 5000 people to commit to give $10.00 per week between now and November to good canidates that will have a chance to win. Since I have a day job, I don’t have time to do the research. I gave Nikki my $10.00 this week. Who should I give to next week?

but, uh, i think i had like 300 visitors in an entire year. and most of them came looking for pornography and were disappointed (it was about horses, which google even said, and still they came — really skeeved me out).

  • WarEagle01

After all, it’s sort of like Auburn (but with a lake). ;) Just made my second donation to Nikki’s campaign.

Obviously it’s up to you how you contribute, but I think you could make a more considerable difference if you chose just one or two candidates and gave as much as you could. This would be especially important/influential in low-budget, highly competitive House races, though obviously how attracted you are to a given candidate is a major consideration.

Until today. Nikki is the second. I’ve been for her since the day she announced, hoping she goes all the way!

My Christmas money just ran out but my birthday money just came in! This year my gift money goes to the true conservatives. Who needs new shoes anyway? LOL

to have so many very good candidates running for gov. While I am not supporting Nikki, as i am deciding between McMaster or Bauer, Mikki would be a great choice as well. She is def proven herself to be a solid fiscal conservative and would make an excellent gov. While I would be happy as hell if she won, and will vote for her if she takes the repub nomination, I am just so torn between McMaster who did a great job as AG and was one of the first AG’s to stand against the dictator Obama and Bauer who has stayed stoic during the embarassing Sandford trumoil and who has been willing to tell the truth even when it pisses the welfare bums off. Another good one we have running is Barrett.

We are just a very lucky state to have so many good men and women running for the gov seat. Any would be a good choice and with Nikki being the financial underdog, I hope a ton come to her aid to make this a good run that exposes the many needs of our state and country!

  • Scope

and I believe in most of the candidates you support. Have you contributed $500 bucks to Caleb Howe, one of our own. It’s very important that we support conservatives, but, it is more important that we support “our own” first. No?

  • shaitra

Just made my contribution. Good luck Nikki, we definitely need you in office!

  • Jonas Parker

JD is sucking me dry :)

  • chipdaily

    She is the real deal!

  • redtillimdead

IF you are not supporting Nikki Haley, which I have NO IDEA why you would not, I highly suggest you do not support Bauer. He is highly immature and incompetent.

  • Flagstaff

    Good for you.

    An impressive woman.

to your opinion, but it does not mean we all have to step into line just because you like her. I have no issues with her and agree with most of her platforms, I just have chosen to support another candidate that is also honest, conservative, and has years of service demonstrating such.

I also disagree with your assesment of Bauer, but since both of us are entitled to our opinions, you will vote how you see fit as will I. I have been impressed with Bauer over the years, throughout the whole Sandford scandal, and with his latest courage to speak the truth about welfare bums. Even when every side came up against him “letting him know” you should not speak out against the poor people who have made their own beds and leech of our tax money, he did not retract, fold, or give in. This alone shows me he has the courage to stand on principles even at the cost of popularity. Haley may, and probally does, have that same courage, but for now I support one of two other conservative candidates. If she wins, wonderful and she gets my vote against the dem candidate. If not, we will still have a conservative running against a liberal. Not too many other areas can say the same. So again I say, we are a lucky state to have a full field of conservatives running for gov.

When a person is given many great choices for one seat, people of the same sway will vote differently. Does not make any of the side more right nor does it mean because someone votes for one person that they do not like another candidate. It simply means for whatever reason we like the other better or just know them better.

  • Christine (Trelaina)

I am absolutely setting aside money from each check this year for conservatives candidates. Won’t be much, but my drop in the bucket could be the one that pushes someone over the top.

  • ihateliberals

We need you in the senate not as governor. you have too much to offer to only be in state government. I have contributed i hope there are more like you out there. Are there anymore like you at home?

  • dudette

what is the dealwith porn freaks–dehumanizing YICK
gave my money to Haley, also we gotta get chuck devore–the other 2 are loser libs vs. Boxer; but California is set for another mistake in the governors race….

  • Christine (Trelaina)

with strong conservatives. We’ll never get our country back to the founder’s intention of the Several States if they are run by liberals or people without the skills to run their state.

Also, we need to stop pushing people to higher offices before they are ready. I can already hear the calls if she wins the governor’s office, trying to name her as our best 2012 presidential shot. Heck it might happen BEFORE she wins.

Let Nikki Haley win the governor’s office and show what she can really do before we start pinning all our hopes on her.

  • thompaine

and wish Nikki the very best. But, every extra dollar is going the campaigns of two excellent candidates for Congress here in Massachusetts, Bill Hudak (MA 6th) and Jeff Perry (MA 10th). Both are Reagan Conservatives who have a better-that-even chance at winning the seats held for more a decade by leftist Democrats John Tierney and retiring Bill Delahunt. Two more Massachusetts miracles are in the works.

    Visit their web sites -
    Bill Hudak: www.HudakforCongress.com
    Jeff Perry: www.JeffPerryforCongress.com

If we lose the Congress, we lose the Country.

  • http://moelane.com/ Moe Lane

I hope that you’re not involved in either man’s campaign.

  • GenEarly

The money spent on the primaries is key, once Constitutional Conservatives are in the general election against socialist-democrats the more traditional funding will open up to support our side.

I hope you have taken your strategy one step farther and you’ve become a “card carrying member” of the Florida Republican Party by getting to your local GOP meeting and signing up to be a precinct committeeman in Florida. Here’s how to do it in Florida:

    http://thefloridaprecinctproject.wordpress.com/how-patriots-can-help-the-country/

We conservatives can change the Republican Party IF we get INSIDE IT. Each of us.

    Thank you.

Join the REAL GOP. Change it. As a precinct committeeman. NOW!

  • JHancock

Unfortunately my wife is a liberal…so neither of us can donate to either side since we share our finances. I’m happy to make phone calls or e-mails though–or put Hailey on my face book page!

  • Flagstaff

that might be illegal. But the idea of each of us giving $10 per week to somebody is a good one, and probably manageable for most of us.
