Obama’s Dangerous Game Continues

I have asked the question before.

I asked it again.

Again.

And again.

How many Americans are going to die because of the Obama administration’s incompetent handling of our national security?

Contrary to the Washington Post’s headline this morning, Obama’s new nuclear policy strategy is no “middle way,” it is capitulation and waving a white flag for our enemies, putting him not in the middle of the past five American Presidents, but to their left — this puts Barack Obama to the left of not just George W. Bush and Ronald Reagan, but to the left of Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter too.

The White House is announcing that should the United States be struck by weaponized small pox killing hundreds of thousands if not millions of people, the United States will not reciprocate with nuclear weapons — well, maybe, but probably not. They are hedging against it, but you know, they say they’ll reassess the facts on a case by case basis. Sigh.

In fact, the White House pretty much does not want to use nuclear weapons as a deterrent threat at all.

Signaling to our enemies that we will not punch back as hard as we can will just embolden them. Even if the President intended this, he should not advertise it to the world. It is one thing to have a wimp in office. It is another thing to admit it.

This policy is the coming home of the sixties radical left agenda of pacification in the face of our enemies and capitulation of a strong America. Bill Ayers is a happy man today. His man in the White House is doing for him what he never could himself.

How many Americans will get killed because of this administration’s incompetence or intentional capitulation of our national security?

The man is now to the left of Jimmy Carter. Think about that.

    That was the mission of the Strategic Air Command when I was a part of it during the Viet Nam era. Our mission was to make the other guys believe that we would deliver nukes if we were attacked. And we would have. Does Obama think that saying that we would not use nukes puts us in a stronger position? I hope he is not that naive, but it sure seems that he is. I guess he has stopped listening to his generals. I can’t imagine a general saying such a thing publicly even if that was their position.
    We have a lot of work to do before Nov 2010 & Nov 2012. Prayer would help also.

    I would disagree with you on one point and that is that I believe he is doing it on purpose! His ENTIRE life as a leftist has been spent for this very thing, taking DOWN America!     Even if we were attacked by chemical or biological weapons, we will probably NOT have a nuclear response?

    Watched Hannity last night. Beckel, the talking horse’s bum, actually defended this – I don’t even know what word to use – idea of his hero, barry. The logic? Well, chemicals or biologicals KILL a FEW THOUSAND people, but nuclear weapons kill MILLIONS.

    Help me guys, cause I’m not seeing a downside here.

    I’m from NYC. I watched in horror on 9/11. I’d rather not watch my home suffer that devastation again. Or worse. This evil man actually believes that he can put my children and yours at risk and that nothing is going to happen?

    Oh, say, Mr Chavez, you’re tight with what’s his face, Ahmallfullofcrap, in Iran. He’s got a bunch of nasty weapons he’s been stockpiling while working on his nuclear “energy” plant, and you’re not too far from the Gulf Coast. Why don’t you put one of those weapons on a plane going to Dallas? Y’know, since there are daily flights to and from Venezuela, and good ole barry isn’t going to nuke your murdering behind?

    Nope, nope. He’s willing to use nukes against other nations which have nuclear arsenals. If you don’t, you won’t be turned to dust for murdering hundreds of thousands if not millions of Americans.

    For a love of sanity, is there no one in Washington capable of restraining this madman? Countries with nuclear weapons have not launched a nuclear attack because they know it will launch EVERY NUKE WE HAVE. They don’t want to die, so they don’t launch what they have.

    We like to think of it as a deterrent.

    but I still can’t figure out where the money and power behind him is coming from. Ayers does not have money and neither does most of the old worn out 60′s radicals. George Soros has money but is he the only one bankrolling the socialist/communist movement? I think, but can’t prove, that there is big money from outside the US possibly Muslim/Oil based. Does anyone have any evidence to support that? Or any other evidence about “following the Maney”?

    If our own POTUS won’t launch a retaliatory strike after an attack on our own soil (except if from Iran or North Korea) how safe does that make our allies feel as Russia cuts weapons deals with any takers in any part of the world?

    Obama will leave the world a much less safe place when he departs in 2013, even as he blathers on about disarmament.

    …not to be a conspiracy theorist here, but the first thought that crossed my mind when I heard this information was “Obama just preemptively pushed the present button”.

    Eventually the US will be attacked with some form of WMD, maybe Nuclear but more likely Chemical or Biological. When that happens we will (or would have) responded with our stocked WMD. If that were to happen on Obamas watch then he would no longer be remembered in history for health care, but for his response in nuking several guilty parties capitals. About the worst nightmare for any Lefty in my opinion. He just protected his own narcissistic legacy by creating a loophole in which he can push present and do nothing. All while spouting rhetoric about how he is taking the higher path…

    Why do I get the feeling that he may be privy to intel that indicates something like this may be coming soon, and is covering his butt in advance as mentioned above? I mean why now? For what purpose would he change this policy now? To distract from Health care? By making people think about the mortality of themselves and their children, and that if something were to happen he would be inclined to do nothing? What gives?

There is no way that he could have grown up in the culture in which he did and not been influenced spiritually in Indonesia and politically/economically by Davis. People tend to dismiss his admission during the Charlie Gibson interview as a slip of the tongue rather than the Freudian slip that it was. I doubt that you would ever reference your “Christian” faith, no more than I would ever reference my “Hindu” faith.

    Obviously, he didn’t find much Christianity in Wright’s church.

    So, is he a practicing Muslim? No. Is he a practicing Christian? No. Is he set on destroying this Country? Yes. Was he put in place to that? Yes.

    There is no way that he could be this naive and incompetent. And, for all you know, he could be praying 5 times a day on his Blackberry using a Minaret App.

I think both his background and his communism make him more sympathetic to the Muslim world than to the Western/Christian world and its values. That was, I think, pretty obvious to anyone who bothered to read his books and listen between the lines to his words. Unfortunately, 52% of America was either too damned stupid to analyze what they were voting for or had the hots for the cool Black dude.

    That was the battle cry of young intellectuals in the fifties. Incredibly, Obama seems to be saying better dead than rude.

    The few remaining defenders of freedom around the world rightly fear Iran or N. Korea with a handful of 60 year old design nuclear weapons mounted on unreliable missiles.

    Yet apparently nobody fears the Israeli arsenal of hundreds of 21st century warheads and missiles, or the American arsenal of thousands of 1980s technology based weaponry.

    It appears that Obama is simply admitting publicly what our enemies figured out long ago. Don’t shoot hundreds of nuclear armed missiles at America, and you can do anything else you want.

    Imagine if a few American missiles arrived in Iran and other bastions of radical Islam on 9/12. But wait! It was “only” Al Qaida.! How can we punish all those innocent countries? OOOPS. Our bad! Sorry innocent radical Islamists. We’ll try to be more careful next time.

    Now THAT is a deterrent.

    The relevant issue here is whether many Jihadists would consider Obama to be an apostate, It is also relevant that Obama could be seen as an apostate by government officials in the Muslim world, regardless of whether they are a strict Sharia law jurisdiction.

    Remember also, he became a part of the Human Rights Council last year, even though Bush stayed out of it as a protestation on how the council protected human rights violators.

    Now you get an idea as to why Obama wants to prosecute jihadists in our civilian courts.

    But Obama thinks he can “reform” the human rights council by working from within.

    Everything is from within. We have to work through the UN and make multilateral decisiions.. we’re not better than anyone else.. we have to work from within..

    Within, all right. Obama’s in Washington and he’s deep in it — deep in corruption, cronyism and a worldview he’s nurturing as he looks out for #1 — himself.

    He can’t stay President forever. I don’t think that’s his objective. He’s going to weaken the US and look for a King of the World Position somewhere, and at that point, we won’t be much of a threat because everything will be written in stone, our debt will kill us, or our culture will be too far-gone and dependent — everything will be irreversible.

    And we’ll be seeing his ugly mug for the rest of our days. Something beyond “I am President of the United States.”

    Yes, he can. And getting rid of our nukes is part of the story.

    He is dangerous. Very dangerous to our country.

    My kid brother calls this “The wimpification of America” only he used the p word instead of wimp. He’s right. If I weren’t running for office I’d use the p word too!! It’s outrageous for Obama to do this–just one more stop on the apology tour!! 53% of the voters are fools and elected the king of the fools to lead them. Every day I think that I can’t get any angrier about the things the Obamasiah does and every day I’m wrong. I think if I get any angrier today, my head will explode. I’m in Minnesota for the Palin-Bachman rally. They may be our last hope.

    Obama seems to have a plan. Why do so many believe his “errors” are not on purpose and with the specific design of weakening and maybe destroying the US?

    Sometimes the conspiracy nuts might be right! Or maybe he just signed up with the enemies of the US because he wants them to take us down for his own reasons. At best he seems to be a machine politician from that den of machine politicians – Boss Daley’s hometown.

    Is he a quacking, waddling duck? Or does he just look it from some angles? The whole story is still hidden.

    Nukes are the on the front-end, on the world stage.

    Restricting free speech is on the back-end, and there’s a way he’s doing this that goes beyond Napalitano’s Rightwing Extremism Report of ’09 and Net Neutrality through the courts.

    We can do nothing when we can say nothing about the new national security dictates he imposes, or the EOs he signs to circumvent the balance of power.

    Remember what he said during SOTUS about Congress and the Supreme Court. He’s committed to this end.

    As I recall, no treaty can supersede the Constitution and every treaty must pass muster with the Senate. Let’s hope there are enough country-first Senators left to stop this self-destructive insanity. Not since before the Civil War, aka War of Northen Aggression, have I known this country to be so roiled and so deeply and dangerously divided. And we have Barry Obama and his insidious Progressive minions to thank for that. We are clearly at a historical crossroads, and I am increasingly concerned that it can’t be peacefully worked out . Overseas Contingency Operations, don’t use the terms Islamic extremisim, Islamic radicals, Islamic terrorists, we can’t use full force against a chem or bio attack, cant’ modernize our pared down nuclear arsenal, dissing allies and ingratiating himself to our sworn enemies, etc. This dope is in la-la land and leaving us all needlessly vulnerable.     I’ve been putzing around to find a way to say what I need to say — to further demonstrate the danger our country, WE, are in — but since the diapers need changing and boo-boos need kissing, and hubby will be home soon, I’m forcing myself to be brief. I will provide a key link or two.

    In my own words:

    Some of you may have remembered one of my posts detailing how the DOJ integrated all intelligence agencies, creating IOC-2.

    It’s in my diary. I linked it back to INTERPOL and the DOJ wanting to work with them to fight terorrism.

    I tried to make a point that it wasn’t just about terrorism. Policing, of sorts. The exact wording is debatable.

    When INTERPOL news broke last December with EO 12425, some conservatives were coming out saying there would be no “blue hats” coming in the dark of night to arrest people and impede free speech.

    I think this is true. INTERPOL doesn’t have the resources, and since they, like the UN, are fully dependent on American cash to fund them. Heritage says we supply about 1/4 of their budget, and 1/4 of their peacekeeping budget.

    My point is that INTERPOL needs our resources.

    And IOC-2 is part of the “Global Justice Information Sharing Initivative” to monitor and police threats, etc.

    What drives me to post this today is the Suspiciious Activity Reporting that’s about to go nationwide via the President’s Information Sharing Environment (ISE) through 72 “fusion sites” throughout the country.

    It’s true that many of these inititatives had their origins under President Bush, but what Obama has done is directly move established auspices under his direct control:

    “Under the Obama Administration, the Information Sharing Council has been integrated into the White House policy process through the Information Sharing and Access Interagency Policy Committee (IPC), so that the important work of the ISC will move forward under the auspices of the Executive Office of the President.”

    This initiative targets anyone with dissident opinions, based on any ideology, not just anything terror-related.

    Memos directly from Obama’s office say so.

    They are interested in disseminating any and all information up and through the Executive Office.

    Law enforcement entitites are directed to become intelligence-gatherers, and from what I have read, law enforcement officials — anyone and everyone including your local sherrif — aren’t trained to dessiminate information. They are ordered to gather information on any and all activity that provides any indication (v. reasonable suspicion) of a potential criminal activity.

    This means non-criminal activity.

    That means you and me, dancing with Napalitano’s Rightwing Extremism Report and the MSM calling all teapartiers racists and hate mongers.

    This means Erick on national tv, and/or me and you sitting at our kitchen tables blogging away or speaking with our neighbors about politics.

    Bad, bad, bad, folks.

    I have resources and will provide them, though the truth is, I’d rather bury this.

    But I’m sure I’m already on someone’s list.

    Hell, before it was buried and hushed up by the media and the lefty colleges there was all kinds of evidence about the Islamists that helped Barry get through school (wrote his papers and greased the educational wheels), gave him a job, provided funds and supporters to help him get into office.

    Why do you think he has made SOOOO many asides to them in his speeches (57 states HELLOOOOO)?

    Obama is not an idiot, therefore I presume his actions are to intentionally bankrupt this country, take away our freedom and expose us to our enemies both domestic and abroad. It sickens me that so many still admire him. Guess 9/11 wasn’t enough.

    As mentioned above, Senate ratification does, indeed, require 2/3, or 67 votes. It can be killed if the RINOs don’t cave in as well. Precious few Conservatives in Congress to count on during this Progressive blitzkrieg.

    Can’t wait for the Conservative resurgence in November–and beyond. Looks like conservative Republicans are likely to capture 50 House seats and 10 Senate seats in November. We the People can then begin dismantling this socialist tyranny which has been visited upon us by our own home grown neo-Marxists (Obama, Pelosi, Reid, et. al.), quislings who are every bit as dangerous to the Republic as are the Islamic terrorists, Teheran and Pyongyang. However, we all need to keep our sleeves rolled up and we must all remain actively engaged if we are to maintain the momentum required to neutralize the socialist coakroaches in charge in November. It’s now or never.
