The caption under it reads, in part, &amp;#8220;Tiffany and I live in this district and we are going to raise our family here.&amp;#8221;The implication is clear — these are his two girls and he&amp;#8217;s going to raise them in Arizona&amp;#8217;s 3rd.There is just one problem.  Ben Quayle does not have any children.  If you flip the mail piece over, you&amp;#8217;ll see that Ben lives in Phoenix with his wife and dog.I see this frequently from young candidates.  I can&amp;#8217;t believe mail designers still pull this trick.
