“All Catholics Are Pedophiles” — The Democrats’ Closing Argument

Or at least aid and abet pedophilia.

This is not the first time the Democrats have gone this route in this election season. This may, however, be the most desperate attempt.

And where Democrats are doing this in multiple places around the country, we can be sure they have hit on this as a theme within their world view. The theme, of course, being that all Catholics are pedophiles.

This time, in Missouri, Democrat Russ Carnahan has coordinated a smear against his rival Ed Martin. Reboot Congress has details.

The attack alleges that Ed Martin was complicit in shuffling pedophile priests around St. Louis Catholic Churches while he served at the St. Louis Archdiocese

The people driving this campaign have been in the employ of Carnahan, which makes it more than a little futile for Carnahan to deny any connection. And that the Democrats have done this in multiple places in multiple campaigns tells you all you need to know about how they view Catholics.

    I am not satisfied with how the Catholic Church handled the scandal, but cretins like Carnahan who use the scandal as a political cudgel are disgusting.

    And the DemComms then elect a President and a Congress who put Kevin Jennings (NAMBLA endorser) in charge of ALL education of children.

    First order of business for Obama, Jennings, and the DemComm candidates (like Carnahan) was to teach pre-schoolers that all aspects of Christianity are bad, but all aspects of pornography for pre-schoolers are good.

    or become employed by a diocese or Archdiocese, especially those who might possibly have contact with children, are required to attend information and training programs dealing with the topics of sexual harrassment and child abuse (verbal, physical, sexual). This includes the “lunchroom moms” at the parish school, as well as teachers, administrative staff, janitors, gardeners — everyone. The requirement to report any suspected incident of abuse is taken very, very seriously.

    The participation of lay employees and volunteers in any investigation into abuse does not go beyond that requirement to report it.

    The idea that a lay employee could influence the assignment of, or the disciplinary actions against a parish priest is nonsense. The clergy does not consult parishioners or employees for their input in these matters.

    This will backfire on Carnahan, big time.

    There are any number of organizations self-identifying as “Catholic” that are right there on the scene providing cover for these creeps whenever the “pedophile priest” meme needs to be pushed.

    It’s no coincidence that the church scandal took off in the MSM exactly when we all began to connect terrorism with Islam. Prior to that, the media avoided the church scandal because they understood it for what it really was, a homosexual priest scandal. There’s nothing “pedophilic” about grown men preying on post pubescent young men’ which is what the victim population was largely made up of. The church has addressed the problem primarily by culling seminaries of homosexuals, much to the horror and embarrassment of those pushing for liberal reforms in the church. Unfortunately, the way the church is organized, there’s nothing else to do in some remaining problem areas but to wait for the bishop to either die or get convicted. Some hard truths here coming from a passionately Catholic Christian.

    Here is a list of probably every article out their about the movement started by Atheist George Soros, and unfortunately bought up by some very high placed Catholics. There was a diary here a few weeks ago about the Catholic sister, who is in charge of some Catholic Healthcare Organization that announced that they are selling 3 Catholic Mercy Hospitals in PA. The CEO said it was in part because of Ocare, and the good sister all but handed him his head in his hands for admitting that. She is the same sister that was pictured with Biden, and, she was presented with one of the signing pens used by Obama when he signed Ocare into law. In fact, she lobbied for Ocare, abortion funding and all.

    the majority of Catholics have favored the winner of the Presidential election for the past 40 odd years or so. Generally, we’re split fifty fifty. Of course, if you only count the Catholics who actually take their faith seriously, we vote more like 90% Republican. Also, Hispanic Catholics tend to skew the numbers.

    In order for Progressives to “achieve” their Marxist utopia, they must dismantle the current mores, social structure, religions, and, of course, foundational principles.

    All are fair game for the mockers and the haters. These social geniuses will not rest and will not stop. They have no religion and the secular Progressive doctrine is the only thing they worship. That is why a charlatan like Obama so easily duped the left with his messianic “Hope & Change” malarkey.

    The Catholic Church in the US is now 30% Hispanic.

    These “Faithful” Hispanics vote 90% or so DEMOCRAT no matter what, mostly because of immigration issues. Add that to the historic 50 /50 split, and we have a disaster.

    As a consequence, Catholic’s are responsible, along with American Jews, for public support of ABORTION in AMERICA and I believe our guilt prevents us from speaking the truth on many other important issues.

    I agree with trying to work for change within the system, that is why I am with Red State, but going to church sure does make me feel dirty sometimes.

    I said that Hispanics skew the numbers toward the Democrats. And we voted 52% for Obama, which was under the 53% he received nationally.

    And faithful Catholics do vote Republican… everyone who goes to Church on Sunday does, and everyone who doesn’t go votes for the Democrats. At least in my area, it’s that way.
