I guess they are going to try to make the case that I was for Huntsman before I was against him. Actually no, both prior to and after that I dismissed him as a candidate, but I stand by the statement.

Foreign policy is going to be a huge issue and by virtue of being an ambassador, Huntsman will have a leg up on the competition. So will John Bolton.

The difference between John Bolton and Jon Huntsman, however, besides the spelling of their first names, is that you never had to question John Bolton’s loyalty to his boss over his own ambitions.

Oh, and John Bolton would have never worked for Barack Obama.

    If he can’t take a little constructive criticism then he shouldn’t allow comments on his posts.

    He can post whatever he wants on the front page, but it’s getting silly. I come here to read conservative viewpoints, not anyone who Erick doesn’t like must be attacked posts.

    We could go back-and-forth on this ad naseum. It’s an open forum, so you can comment however you like, and I can reply to your comments however I like.

    I’ve disagreed with Erick as much as anyone around here, I just try to act like an adult when I do it.

    Because Eric is an “influential member of the new media” he has decided to take a stand on a Huntsman POTUS run. 1 post or 10… Its probably not a good idea to get in the way. ;)

    1) Get used to it like Rush has. Don’t try and calculate your words to try not to give them a sound-bite. They will still find a way to use you. But I’m still glad you are over there at CNN, much like when I was in the Lion’s Den at the Charlotte Observer.

    2) Absent a second 911 or other major FP event, FP will NOT be a major issue. It’s the economy stupid.

    3) Huntsman is a one day story.
