I found that my Congressman who claims to be very conservative is a sham. he only votes conservative 40% of the time. That isn’t good enough for me. Right now there doesn’t seem to be any Republican candidate to oppose him. He is in the 9th District of PA. I would have said “Represents” the 9th district by he doesn’t do that very well. I have been trying to find someone to Oppose him but so far no one wants the job, not even the State Representatives. This is a poor state of affairs. People should use this tool when they want to see the records of Their congressmen. It tells all about them. you might be very surprised about your congressman’s records.

I read that a male staffer who was also shot along with Giffords by a madman January 2011 will run. He is age 66 and his name is a B Barker, Barber, something like that. CD 8 includes much of sprawling Pima county. Incumbent Giffords seat went into a two week recount but she eventually won over Jesse Kelly 2010.

Gov Brewer has set the dates for the special which is for current or old CD 8 lines. Paperwork must be in by April for the general in June.

The new CD, the former AZ 8 is to be renumbered to AZ 2. The primary is August and general election in November with other scheduled elections.

Correct me if I am wrong but April is a deadline for the special to fill the remainder of Giffords seat and August is the next deadline to file for the new CD renumbered AZ 2.

Until April no one can be sure who stands where in the special. AZ8..

I know that he is a constitutionalist! When he was in one of the programs in Houston that I worked and supported he was 1st part of the “Ten Pillars of Economic Freedom” and the Constitution program. Ted was part of the group to go to DC and questioned many of the congressmen and found most of them did not know much about the Constitution of the U.S.

Ted needs to let TXans know that Dehurst was very into sharing with the D’s in TX Senate on Committee assignments RHINO.

that John Rogers, Mary Moore and Juandalyn Givan are Democrats who also happen to be black. They’ve come under some fire for defending Beason.

Also, if there are any other Alabama folks who live in the 6th District, there will be a Townhall Debate sponsored by the Rainy Day Patriots among the GOP candidates who are challenging Spender Bachus.

he was my congressman in district 22 before haridopolus screwed him with the redistricting. and i thought he represented conservatives really well. west certainly has the funding and the name recognition to make him a viable candidate to win that seat. and the conservative base down here loves allen and will turn our for him in droves.

Went to a meet-n-greet for Ted Cruz this week at our local university. He told the group that he has some funds in the bank but he is running against 3 millionaires who are already running TV ads. Since the Texas primary is probably going to be held May 29th now, Ted’s crew is waiting to put the TV spots out closer to the primary. His main opponent is Dewhurst who has money, has name-ID as current Lt Gov, and is a Bush-GOP establishment type. I have been very disappointed in Kay Bailey’s lack of conservative voting in the last few years – she’s been doing way too much “team-playing” (Santorum’s term for it). We really need to get Ted’s name out there to the sheeple who are not paying attention. I asked about getting yard signs and bumper stickers – I’m in a small town and those make a difference here. I have been voting for more than 30 years and never campaigned for a candidate before – but I’m going to do this one! There is no telling how the circus that is the presidential election will end up. We’d better at least get the Senate!

We actually have two good candidates here as well as a third, Rep. Steve Sandstrom.. Sandstrom is the one who got Utah’s version of Arizona’s enforcement bill through the legislature last year. The Courts have now put it on hold as well. What this writer shows us are a couple things: 1) He should meet and learn about the candidates before speaking, and 2) Mia Love is Mayor of Saratoga Springs, Utah, not “Herriman.” The two cities are not even in the same county. Both are conservative, however, Mia is not very experienced here, telling us the main reason we should vote for her is that she is black and conservative, and thus, would be the Democrats worst nightmare. Wimmer is solidly conservative, having served in the State Legislature and having started the Patrick Henry Caucus, a group of very conservative legislators which has now gone nationwide. He has been there fighting for us. Would I vote for Mia Love? In a heartbeat, but there are two better candidates right now, both Steve Sandstrom and Carl Wimmer.

It is never a good idea to lump everyone in the same class. Your statement that the Alabamians should primary all of the congressman is doing just that. We fought for years to get a Republican in our district to replace Bud Cramer. We finally did with much conflict with the Republican machine in Washington D.C. John Boehner came and campaigned for the Democrap turned Rino-Republican while we of the Tea Party chose Mo Brooks. Mo started out a little to compliant with the D.C. elites but through much pressure started doing what he said he would do for us. He has stood strong against the machine and we need to support his efforts and keep him in the Congress. Alabama also can boast of her two Senators, especially Jeff Sessions who is a great leader of conservatism and constitutionalism. I would not throw out the baby with the bath water. We live here and we watch very closely what our guys do. You need to think before you crow about what we out to do. As the old farmer said to his mule, “That’s One!”.

in TX was a good call for the Senate. He is a good and decent man, staunch conservative and believes in small government. Consider him for the Senate. He is an up and coming Republican in TX and supported by Governor Perry.

He has decided to run against my House Representative Sandy Adams in her district. Obviously, he thinks he can beat her. She is the most helpful and interested Representative that I have ever had. She is a former Sheriff and is married to a Judge. She is a Tea Party candidate and she is currently serving her first term.

Erick, I wish you’d take a closer look at John Koster in WA-01. This is the seat being vacated by Jay Inslee. Koster a strong candidate and a strong conservative.

The recent redistricting makes the 1st CD into more of a swing district than it’s been in the recent past. It’s a crowded field on the D side and many of the candidates have campaign experience, so it’s not a sure thing, but it’s very winnable and it would be great to get the seat into GOP hands so that we don’t have to face an entrenched incumbent in two years.

I’m very disappointed in the outside groups that have endorsed Carl Wimmer. Wimmer’s electability against Matheson, the incumbent Democrat in Utah, is zero. Did we learn nothing from nominating clowns like Sharron Angle? Mia Love is every bit as conservative as Wimmer, minus the baggage. If these outside groups want conservative fighters in Congress, they are shooting themselves in the foot by endorsing Wimmer over Love.

Bachus is a disgrace. Nine times out of ten when I call his office, his staffers (who are very nice) have no idea of his position on a bill. His ads claim he’s conservative, yet his Heritage score is a dismal 63%.

Alabama primary is approaching quickly on March 13th. I notice there are no challengers in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th CDs, and in the 6th Bachus has 4 challengers. I do believe Beason will win in the general in the 6th CD.

Redistricting is already done, it is smart to be in a primary because some will be in one Tuscon district while others in the later. so its good for Name id.
