Skyfall, the Avengers, 3D, and Cory Booker #EERS

Tonight, I’m going to spend some time talking about movies, what a waste 3D is, and of course talk about the new James Bond movie.

Oh, and I’ll get into the Cory Booker backtrack too.

You can listen live tonight on the WSB live stream and call in at 1-800-WSB-TALK.

The show is live from 6pm to 9pm ET.

Consider this an open thread.

Drives me up the wall whenever I go to the movies and the person I’m with says, “Oh! Let’s go to” NO!

“Hey, let’s go pay extra for the privilege of wearing dorky glasses (possibly over our regular pair of glasses) so that things will slightly pop out of the screen towards us (but only if you’re in the one chair in the movie theatre where it doesn’t look like rubbish).”

    Pass.

I can watch movies on my big screen TV at home and get them only a short time after they come out, so for me, one of the reasons to go to a movie is to see the big blockbusters on a giant screen and with all the 3d effects. I love it.
