The Birthday List 2012

It is the Erick Erickson Annual Birthday post. Yesterday I turned 37. Here is what I want for my birthday:

Donations to the Salvation Army or Mission to the World to help them help others.

Campaign contributions to Ted Cruz.

And anything you can donate to one of these five organizations, which are my top five favorite political organizations in the country:

American Majority

American Majority Action

Club for Growth

Heritage Action for America

and the Senate Conservatives Fund.

And if you are just insistent that it be something for me and to me, I’ll take this with the ottoman in vintage cigar thank you very much.

but how many more are inside that soul of yours?

Not to be too maudlin or anything, but You Are a Gift that keeps on giving.

Glad to know you’re finally catching up to me in years. One day, maybe I’ll catch up to you in wisdom.

That’s an excellent list of options. Adding Ted Cruz to the mix in the Senate would certainly be the gift that keeps on giving. Hope to see you in Charleston again soon!

I pray God will have you continue on. The country MUST be woke up.

This web site has been a gift for many of us. May the upcoming months serve as a wakeup call to the “Blue” folks.

    Happy Birthday, Erick.

I was pleased to see Mission to the World listed as a top preference of yours. Our little church with less than 50 members helps to sponsor a MTW family through a monthly contribution for their support. They are serving Christ in a country that does not permit Christians to proselytize, so their work is dangerous and their names cannot even be published by MTW.

I could not access MTW, however, through your link. If others have this problem, here is a link that gets one to their donations webpage:
    http://www.mtw.org/Pages/GIVE_FAQ.aspx .

In addition to sponsoring missionaries, MTW has a program called OneChild/StreetChild which allows a person or group to sponsor a child for a $33 per month contribution. The children in our church do sponsor a child and they are able to write to her and receive correspondence about her. This is a good way to get children involved in charitable giving, as well as adults.

I am not affiliated with this organization, just a supporter like you, Erick.

I would be lost without this site. It’s my first stop of the morning when I get on the net. So, I’m thrilled you were born, and filled your head with wisdom to pass on to the rest of us. Happy birthday…I wish you many, many more!

Nice choice in chair! that’s beautiful!
    I have KIDS your age!
Anyway, Happy Birthday & many many more!

  • ihateliberals

Ihve contributed a little to each on the list. Other things I would like to give us all for all of our birthday’s is November victory for freedom and the constitution. No more Marxist, Socialist, Communist Obama administration. This is a gift we have to give each other by voting him out.

Tell John King at CNN that I said he needs to buy it for you and put it on his expense account. It would be a better use of their money than most of the stuff they do.

Your present will be on the way to American Majority and the SCF shortly.
