In tools (or control panal) select internet options,
select the ‘Security’ tab,
then select ‘Restricted sites’.
Select ‘Sites’ and print this into the space next to ‘Add’.

Click ‘Add’ and then Close.
Then click ‘OK’.

Havn’t gotten it since.

There might be something in there to help with the vid.
