Meet Armando Gutierrez. He will be challenging Alan Grayson in Florida’s 8th Congressional District. RedState endorsed Congressman Tom Rooney in his successful bid for FL-16 and now Tom Rooney is joining Congressman Gus Bilirakis in endorsing Armando Gutierrez.
