Ken Cuccinelli Will Be at the RedState Gathering
By: Erick Erickson (Diary) | July 9th at 11:11 AM |
Ken Cuccinelli, Virginia’s Attorney General and a hero to so many of us for his conservative convictions and race to the courthouse the moment Obamacare was signed to file suit against it, is going to join us at the RedState Gathering. Yep. You won’t want to miss him. Time is running out to register. Heck, time is running out to get a discount on the | Read More »
We need to step it up for Cuccinelli
By: Erick Erickson (Diary) | October 27th at 07:00 AM |
Friends, Ken Cuccinelli is being outspent 9 to 1 in Virgina and is still winning. The Republican Attorneys General Association has for reasons unknown to me not given to Cuccinelli. I’m told the Republican State Leadership Committee gave to Cuccinelli and RAGA’s money was part of that. Still, unions and left-wing interest groups intent on holding the Virginia AG’s office for 2012 are giving the | Read More »

Ken Cuccinelli scores a knock out blow

H/T to Jim Geraghty In the Virginia Attorney General debate, the candidates got to ask each other questions. Cuccinelli asked a very simple question of his Democratic opponent: Name the divisions of the Commonwealth Attorney General’s office and describe what each division does. The answer leaves lots to be desired.
Kill Obamacare Through a Backdoor

I went to a Virginia Conservative Campaign Fund party last night for Ken Cuccinelli, Bob McDonnell, and Bill Bolling. If you will recall, in 1993 the Republicans took over Virginia. It was a clear signal to the nation that a backlash was coming against the Democrats. Consequently, the Democrats ran for cover and Bill Clinton’s liberal agenda was largely shut down. If McDonnell, Bolling, and | Read More »
Now that we’ve met in Atlanta, we must mobilize.
By: Erick Erickson (Diary) | August 3rd at 06:00 AM |
This weekend, 200 RedStaters gathered together in Atlanta to hear from real conservative leaders and candidates. We were specific in our invitations — we wanted conservatives, not just Republicans. The message was phenomenal. The time shared was outstanding. But now we have work to do. We cannot return to our former ways. We must commit to continuous activity on behalf of these outstanding men and | Read More »

An Amazing Time
By: Erick Erickson (Diary) | August 2nd at 01:51 PM |
As you can tell, we’ve been away and busy at the RedState Gathering. Liz Cheney spoke. She was amazing. “America needs a commander in chief,” she said, ” not a global community organizer.” Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz, Nikki Haley, Michael Williams, Ken Cuccinelli, Karen Handel, Tom Price, Pat Toomey, Roy Blunt, Jim DeMint, and Rick Perry all joined us in person or via video. RedState Endorses Ken Cuccinelli for Virginia Attorney General
By: Erick Erickson (Diary) | March 16th at 10:30 AM |
You might not realize it, but this is an election year in Virginia and New Jersey. We are particularly focused on Virginia this year, both within the Republican Party apparatus and its candidates for office. There are three men running as Republicans for Attorney General of Virginia. Only one fits our billing — conservative, pro-life, and able to win. That man is Ken Cuccinelli. Cuccinelli | Read More »
