Who is Norma Jean?

Some youthful videographers approached Congressman Lincoln Davis. It was all well and good until they mentioned some woman’s name — Norma Jean. Then the Congressman fled and his Chief of Staff shoved the cameraman. That all begs the question — who is Norman Jean? It isn’t Mrs. Davis. That much we know.
